We cant’ disavow the importance of the business and it’s basic role in the social and economic growth.Hence, it is necessary all business men acquaint with the jurisprudence laws and precepts. If a business man knows the Islamic law, he will transact honestly and then buyer and seller continue their life with the reciprocal satisfaction.In this article, I consider buying and selling wine from the Quran and jurist's point of view.
