Abstract:
Determination is an important factor in the law. Can we separate it to two parts; intention and acquiescence? Lawyers and jurists answer this question.They separate them to solve the problems of the reluctantly transactions.In this essay, the writer wants to present the jurists’ viewpoint. Can we separate these two parts to make clear the reluctantly transactions or not?
