Development of Historiography in the Realm of Islamic Civilization

Historiography is mainly aiming at recording the nation's cultural track records and their scientific exploration. Muslim historians have not been negligent of this task either; and consequently, have created precious works. This research is trying, with a brief glance at the development process of historiography in Islamic Civilization, to study the backgrounds and the outcomes of the science of history in Muslim world, particularly in relation to Iranian culture in the Islamic era.
