Result of this study was showed that prevalence of infestation was 12%, 16% and 74% in humans, calves and rat respectively. According to these results, the infestation was high in three studied group (human, calves and rats) and it can be related with its wide distribution and it’s a lot of hosts. Cryptosporidium oocysts are reason for disease transmission between human and animals. Regarding that medical and veterinarian laboratories usually don’t care about Cryptosporidium in diarrhea cases, there is possibility of increase in Cryptosporidium prevalence and incidence in future.
