The role of information technology in development of the state

Information technology sphere is one of the human activity arenas toward development. The purpose of the activities in this sphere is the discovery of facts and identifying the rules and relations between phenomena. Thinking and processing current realities which exist in form of information, mankind discovers new facts and accordingly experiences them then with studying the result of experiences designs practical model and then implement it. In this article regarding to development definition, we present a definition of information technology and politics of technology for development. Then we mention the approaches, definitions and aspects of learning technology and the methods of increasing learning of technology in the society, and the role of information technology in all aspect of development and globalizations. At last the role of development in communications, strategies, politics of information technology and communications have been studied.
