The correlation Between the Relationship with God and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (IRIB A case study)

A part of recent studies shows that the presence of new paradigm for the task of employees with a more incorporated approach of working and spiritual life is necessary. Hence, the current study is trying to explain the correlation between super personal relationship which means the spiritual aspect of employees and organizational citizenship behavior. The relationship with God, under the name of super personal relationship, is the spiritual aspect of spirituality which includes; balance, equilibrium, sensitivity and fostering four living, social, mental and spiritual aspects in the framework of four kinds of relationship of exo personal, intra personal, inter personal and super personal relationship has been defined. In addition, super personal relationship has been defined by a kind of relationship with God which consists of pantheism, panetheism, God agency and transactional relationship with God. Hence, in order to explain a meaningful relationship in this study, the kind of descriptive from the sort of coherence was used. According to the results of this study, it was understood that from four kinds of super personal relationship, except pantheism relationship, there is a meaningful relationship between the panetheism, God agency, transactional relationship with God and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, based on the findings of the research The correlation between the relationship with God and organizational citizenship behavior was proven.
