Investigation of Successful Technology Transfer for Achieving to World-Class (The Case of Hepco. Co)

This research aims to investigate the success factors in reaching world- class. It is an objective type of practical research. In terms of method, it uses a causal investigation approach to evaluate the influenco of each factor on technology transfer. A questionnaire was prepared first, and then it was distributed among the statistical community. The data was them analyzied using exploratory factor analysis, and, in particular, path analysis. In order to test the hypothese, a conceptual model of the technique was used together with the structural equation. So, 14 factors were ranked from factor analysis using Friedman test. Then Pearson chi-square was used to investigate the claim that the 14 factors are the same. The results rejected this claim. Finally, the researchers tried to show a positive relationship between successful technology transfer and being world-class.
