Areview on Priority of Cultural Obstacles Affects over the EnterPrenurship Development

The purpose of this study is finding out the cultural obstacles which are faced to development of Enterprenurship in Sistan and Balochestan province.based on the literture review of reasearch and previous studies its find out that, religion belives, family condition, formal norms and social norms are variables that affect on enterprenurship. the sample population choosed amony the students of Sistan and Balochestan, university, Payam Noor University of Zahedan, Azad university and Zahedan, teacher training collage in a random order. The data gathered by questionnaire and tested by frid man approch and aplyazed by spss. A Survey Methodolog is applied, finally the result of study demonstrated that families problems and formal Norms are first, the relegion belives and Social Norms stand after that.
