The outcome of this paper is the fact that, referring to an exception of the father for not exercising the theft limit, it is considered to be against the general rule and general command and notion.Thus, the jurisprudents views in such cases are that it should be carried out under positive proofs that is sufficient, and such an explicit thing does not exist in relevant traditions and versions to accord the juris views in connecxion of the ancestor to father. Consequently, the theory of the new connecxion of the ancestor to father is invalid and imperfect with refernce to traditions in this concern.
