The Fundamental Pivot of Sterategic Decision Making: Creativity

The aim of paper is to study the effects of creativity on strategic decision making in organization through a descriptive and applied reaserch process. Strategic decisions are among the important managerial decisions because such decisions are made for the future of the organization and its grand aims. Therefor, they are made under uncertian conditions and based on unreliable information as they have lingering effects on the organization.Creativity as a human talent, is present in all dimentions of life. It involves comprehensive devepment and a leap forward in human thought and mind, such that it is ability for synthesizing previous factors with new procedures. Concepts, opinions, hypotheses (creativities) and the cause and effect uderstanding of sterategists, determine the method through which sterategic problems are ordered. Since the process of rational decision making per se is not sufficient, it is neccessary that intuition and creativity should be used in sterategic decision making. Therefor, creativity is the fundamental pivot of sterategic decision making.
