Relationship between Communication skills of Professors of University and Their teaching skills from Student's perspectives

The aim of this research was to study the relationship between teaching skills of Professors in university and their teaching skills from the viewpoint of students. The research method was Cohesion. Statically population was all Senior Students of Islamic Azad university Khorasgan branch (Total 330). Professors from three colleges of Humanistic، Agricultural and Metaphysics were involved (Total 100). In this research 186 students and 62 professors were selected by random sampling. Barton G Communication Skills and Quinn Robert et al Job Performance Questioners were used to collect data. Reliability of the instruments were calculated as 0. 91 and 0. 93 respectively. To analyze data، statistics in two levels، descriptive (Abundance، Average، Percentage، Standard deviation)، Illative (Single variable T test، Ranking Freidman، Multiple-variable Regression test) were used. Research results indicate that there is meaningful positive relationship between Professors communication skills and their teaching skills in viewpoint of students and there ismeaningful relationship between Professors verbal skills، listening skills and Feedback and their teaching skills. Analyzed and regression results show that feedback، verbal communication skills have meaningful anticipation ability for teaching skills of professors.
