Quantum principles in information environment

Many kind of information theories such as shanon's theory، Dervin's cybernetics theory، semantic theory and the lilce sense making theory، are extracted from the other scientific fields like communication، mathematics، linguistics، biology، social science، etc. In this paper the results of an analysis on information process and the reflect of information pieces to different conditionare are presented by using the quantum principles. The main body of the paper is devoted to adaption of some basic concepts of quantum physics (uncertainty principle، interference، waving، tunneling،…) to information environments.
