Strategic Collaboration System in Supply Chain and its Components

Strategic collaboration could be a key success factor in modern supply chains. Preparing a well-designed context to promote an effective, efficient, and successful collaboration, requires knowing the most important factors that affect on collaboration quality as well as how they affect. In this review, first we get familiar with the necessity and importance of strategic collaboration systems. Then the key components of such a system will be introduced and explained. This research has a strategic approach to supply chain literature and the factors introduced are the main components of a successful strategic collaboration system in supply chain.
