The Impact of Organizational Processes Integration and Making Logistic Lean on Business Performance

The main purpose of this issue is that survey the Impact of Organizational Processes Integration and Making Logistic Lean on Business Performance. This issue was done by surveying in automotive industry. First of all, this issue identifies the dimension of Organizational Processes Integration in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Then the different Making Logistic Lean dimensions are identified. After that the efficacy between these two subjects (Organizational Processes Integration and Making Logistic Lean) on Business Performance is studied. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis is used for the reconnaissance of different dimensions and then Correlation analysis is utilized to determine the relationship between each dimensions and Business Performance in automotive industry. The results of this issue demonstrate that three dimensions of Making Logistic Lean (decrease the wastes, Suppliers and Integration of supply chain) have effect on Internal and external dimensions of Organizational Processes Integration. Also the information system dimension has impact on external dimensions that along the way, it can be understood that making Logistic Lean lays the ground for increase Organizational Processes Integration. Furthermore Organizational Processes Integration and Making Logistic Lean lead to one another that beget growth of Business Performance.
