The Impact of Organizaonal Culture on Instuonalizaon of Police University Student's Best Pratice

Organizaonal culture is one of the most important factors effecve in standardizaon of personnel behavior. This analycal survey study the status of the exisng organizaonal culture in IRI Police (IRIP). In addion, the role of cultural factors in standardizaon of police cadets’ best pracce has been looked into; in line with this six hypotheses were posed and all of them were confirmed.Data was gathered through a quesonnaires from 165 randomly selected cadets, based on Cochran test, studying at Police Command & Administraon Faculty, MA students studying at other facules of IRI Police University(IRIPU) and Field Training Officers(FTOs) involved in training cadets with over 20 years experience(N=540). T-test and correlaon have been ulized for analyzing the stascal data. The research findings indicate that there is a relaonship betweenorganizaonal culture and instuonalizaon of best pracce.
