Comparave examinaon of Caliphate in polical Jurisprudence (Feqeh) of Soni with Velayat Faqih theory in Shia view

The present arcle is translaon of arcle “Alkhelafat va Velayat Alfaqih Bein Alejtehad va Taqlid” wrien by Khaled Zahri which the Arabic text was publish as a book of “collecon of arcles for internaonal congress of Ejtehad in contemporary Era” by Islamic sects university in Tehran. This arcle has examined Velayat Faqih from Shia view and Caliphate from Soni perspecve. Caliphate and Imamat is managing religious and worldly human affairs for juridical expedient and indeed is a substuon of Shariat’s owner for protecng religion and world. With a lile aenon and deliberaon in Qur’an verses it become clear that Velayat Faqih in fact is connuity of prophets and Imams (ph) moon, because the main goal for mission of celesal prophets (ph) is observance for religious and worldly expedient including correct bargain, marriage and exact performance of Hodud and Qesas. The existence of a contriver and leader is necessity which he could repulse harmful things that happen for people and even bring them jobs and occupaons that they are talented in them. This text is stated that the theory of Velayat Faqih and the theory of Caliphate indeed are one thing, because the both concept is equal and express same dues and tasks for both theories. Caliphate is common in Shia religion the same amount that Velayat Faqih is accepted in polical thinking and jurisprudence of Soni and this is a sign of dynamism of Islam’s Jurisprudence.
