علل پیدایش آیات مستثنیات سوره انعام

چکیده:	به وجود آیات مدنی در سوره های مکی و آیات مکی در سوره های مدنی آیات مستثنیات گفنه می شود. ده آیه از آیات سوره انعام در ردیف آیات مستثنیات قرار گرفته است اما بر اساس روایات ترتیب نزول می دانیم که سوره انعام مکی است و روایتی مبنی بر نزول پیوسته آیات وجود ندارد. در این تحقیق آیات مستثنیات سوره انعام بررسی و ریشه یابی شده و به این نتیجه رسیده است که از اسباب نزول های جعلی و خلط میان ملاک های مکی و مدنی و معنای لغوی و اصطلاحی برخی فقرات آیات و نیز بعضا بر اساس ذوق و سلیقه شخصی، مسئله آیات مستثنیات این سوره زاده شده است. در ادامه با استفاده از ارتباط ظاهری و محتوایی بین آیات و نقد روایات اسباب نزول و بررسی مفهوم حقیقی فقرات آیات این نتیجه به دست آمده است که سوره انعام یکپارچه در مکه نازل شده و آیات مستثنیات در این سوره جایگاهی نداشته و در طول تاریخ تفسیر با اجتهاد نادرست مفسران به وجود آمده اند.

The Reasons behind the Emergence of Exceptional Verses in S?rat al-An??m (The Cattle)

Abstract:	Exceptional verse is a term used to refer to the existence of the Medinan verses in Meccan sūras and vice versa. Ten of the verses in sūrat l-anʿām are enumerated as exceptional. Although sūrat l-anʿām is considered Meccan based on the narratives indicating the revelation order of the sūras, the Medinan nature of these ten verses cannot be ensured based on certain other narratives indicating the continuous revelation of the verses in the Holy Quran. The present study tries running a root-finding research on the exceptional verses in sūrat l-anʿām and concludes that these exceptional verses have come to existence based on some fake revelation means and blending of the Meccan and Medinan verses’ criteria and the literal and common meaning of some examples of the verses and considering the personal taste of the verses. Next, the apparent and contextual relationships of the verses are used and the narratives indicating the revelation means are criticized and the real meaning of the case verses will be investigated to come to the result that the whole sūrat l-anʿām has been revealed in Mecca hence the statements about the exceptional verses therein are revoked. It will be also figured out that these exceptional verses in sūrat l-anʿām have come about in the course of interpretation history through incorrect exegesis of the interpreters.
