واکاوی مسئله اختیاری بودن نیت اخلاص و آثار فقهی آن

چکیده:	قصد اخلاص، شرط صحت واجبات تعبدی و شرط پاداش داشتن هر رفتاری است. اما آیا نیت اخلاص در عمل و دوری از شوایب مادی ریاکاری، به طور مستقیم تحت اختیار فرد است یا آنکه صرفا زمینه ها و مقدمات آن به اختیار آدمی است؟ این تحقیق که به روش کتابخانه ای و شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی سامان یافته، تلاش می کند به این پرسش پاسخ دهد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که قصد اخلاص یا نقطه مقابل آن، ریاکاری و شوایب دنیوی، برخاسته از اهداف و خواسته های درونی فرد است و این اهداف و تمایلات نیز به نوبه خود، محصول شاکله اخلاقی خودساخته و ملکات رسوخ کرده در جان اوست. در نتیجه، تحقق قصد اخلاص صرفا از شاکله مثبت اخلاقی و اهداف و خواسته های مبتنی بر آن شدنی است. بنابراین صرف خطور ذهنی و تصور قصد اخلاص بدون فراهم کردن زمینه آن، ناممکن است و به این معنا، قصد اخلاص تحت اختیار انسان نیست و صرفا مقدمات و زمینه های آن اختیاری فرد است. تحلیل صحیح مجموعه آیات و روایات دال بر تاثیر ملکات نفسانی بر رفتارها، مبتنی بودن اعمال بر شاکله، صعوبت قصد اخلاص و ابعاد و علایم آن، از جمله دلایل این مدعاست. نتایج این بحث نیز آثاری در مباحث فقه عبادی دارد که به برخی از آن ها در این تحقیق پرداخته شده است.

Analysis of the Issue of the Voluntary Being of Intention of Sincerity and Its Jurisprudential Effects

Abstract:	The intention (Niyyat) of sincerity (not hypocrisy) is the condition for the correctness of compulsory obligations and the condition of rewarding for any behavior. But is the intention of sincerity in action and avoidance of the material distractors of hypocrisy directly under the control of the individual, or are only the grounds and preconditions at the discretion of man? This research, which is formed by library method and descriptive-analytical method, tries to answer this question. The findings of the research show that the intention of sincerity, or the opposite point: hypocrisy and worldly vices (distractors), arise from the inner goals and desires of the individual, and these goals and desires, in turn, are the product of self-made moral structure and penetrated dispositions into his or her soul. As a result, the realization of the intention of sincerity (Purity of faith) can only be achieved through a positive moral structure (schema) and the goals and desires based on it. Therefore, it is impossible to merely imagine the intention of sincerity without providing the ground for it, and in this sense, the intention of sincerity is not under the control of man, and only its preliminaries and grounds are at the discretion of the individual.
