بررسی تاثیر گرایش های سیاسی نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی و عملکرد آن در راستای مشارکت سیاسی (با تاکید بر ادوار ششم و هفتم)

چکیده:	پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل تطبیقی جهت گیری مواضع و رویکرد نهادی نمایندگان دوره های ششم و هفتم مجلس شورای اسلامی نسبت به توسعه سیاسی می باشد.در این راستا سوال اصلی پژوهشعبارت از آن است که گرایش های سیاسی نمایندگان مجلس چه تاثیری بر عملکرد آنان با میزان مشارکت سیاسی دارد؟نتایج این تحقیقات که بر اساس روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است و رویکرد هانتینگتون در باب رابطه میان احزاب سیاسی و توسعه سیاسی را برای پیشبرد تحقیق حاضر لازم دانسته و از این رو مبنای نظری تحقیق بهره برده است و جهت بیان مساله مورد نظر،ضروری می نماید.به دلیل اهمیت آن در اسلام،رهبران نظام بر جایگاه مجلس،این مساله اهمیت ویژه ای دارد.نشان داد که هرگاه زمینه برای رقابت سیاسی میان نمایندگان مجلس وجود داشته باشد،نشانه هایی از همکاری بین مجلس و سایر نهادهای سیاسی به وجود میآید.وضعیت در یک تحلیل موجب افزایش مشارکت سیاسی و گامی مهم در جهت توسعه سیاسی می باشد.نمایندگان مجلس را اهرم تعیین کننده توسعه سیاسی دانسته و بررسی عدم توفیق آنها را در این رابطه از مسایل جامعه شناسی سیاسی قلمداد می کند.در صورت بحث در تحقق توسعه سیاسی عوامل بسیاری نقش دارد عبارتنداز:ساختاری،قانونی وایدیولوژیک است.

The effect of the political tendencies of members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on its performance in the political participation( Sixth and seventh periods)

Abstract:	the present study aims to comparative analysis for the orientation of the positions and institutional approach of representatives of the 6th and seventh session of the council of the islamic council to political development. in this regard, the main question is whether the political trends of MPs have an impact on their performance with the level of political participation? the results of this research, which are based on descriptive - analytical method and Huntington's approach to the relationship between political parties and political development is necessary to advance the present research, thus making the theoretical basis of the research necessary and makes it necessary to address the issue. because of its importance in islam, system leaders have a special importance. It showed that there are signs of cooperation between parliament and other political institutions whenever there is a field for political competition among parliamentarians. The situation in an analysis leads to an increase in political participation and an important step towards political development. The MPs considered it a crucial lever for political development and considers their failure to examine their failure in this regard to political sociology issues. In the event of discussion, there are many factors in the realization of political development: structural, legal.
