The purpose of this study is to determine the main directions of development of digital competencies of teachers to ensure a quality educational process in the transformation of the educational environment. The relevance of this study is due to the need to determine the main directions of development of the education system for adaptation in the context of digitalization of society. It is established thatthe transformation of the educational environment requires an increase in digital literacy and digital improvement competencies of teachers in terms of digitalization of the educational process. The effectiveness of the educational process with the use of digital technologies is based on digital competencies, which are now universal and provide participants in the educational process with adaptive mechanisms to the digitalization of society. The product of this study is the optimization of the model of digital competencies of the teacher, which establishes a single structure of digital and professional competencies based on the general theory of activity: "values - purpose (subject) - actions". The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that the paper uses the approach of identifying elements of digital competencies in the integrated application of pedagogical technologies. This approach allows us to identify levels of assessment of the conditions necessary for the construction of a digital educational process of vocational education and training. The authors show thatdigital technologies play a key role in the organization of the educational process, if you use them as a tool for collaboration, inclusion and involvement in the process of all participants, the personification of learning. Research has shown that the role of digital literacy for all participants in the learning process is growing significantly. Digital literacy, as a set of competencies, becomes the basis for the full participation in the knowledge society of the teacher personally and the involvement of their students, revealing their talents. The study was conducted on the example of Ukrainian educational institutions based on the results of the organization of the educational process during the quarantine period 2020. The assessment of the organization of the distance form of the educational process using digital tools and technologies in higher education institutions. The authors show thatlevel of skills and ability to use digital technologies in the organization of the educational process among research and teaching staff is quite mediocre, as less than half of respondents used such tools on a regular / regular basis. At the same time, a fairly high level of digital literacy of both teachers and students was revealed. According to the results, it is established that the problems of digitalization of the educational environment in Ukraine are systemic. Therefore, it is necessary to continue reforms of the education system, to implement specific measures to form a digital culture and philosophy of digitalization of the educational environment. Accordingly, the basis of such transformations is digital literacy and digital competencies of all participants.

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روند عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان ایرانی و دانش آموزان کشورهای منطقه در داده های مطالعات تیمز با توجه به هدف های ذکر شده در سند چشم انداز 20 ساله کشور است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پیمایشی روندپژوهی، مقایسه عملکرد ایران و کشورهای منطقه در حیطه های محتوایی و شناختی، جنسیت، میزان دستیابی به نقاط معیار بین المللی و شناسایی روند تغییرات عملکرد صورت گرفته است. نتایج این بررسی حاکی از آن است که متوسط عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان ایران در تمام حیطه های محتوایی و شناختی با آنچه که باید باشد تفاوت دارد و جایگاه دانش آموزان ایران با افزایش کشورهای شرکت کننده به رتبه های پایین تر نزول کرده است. هم چنین نتایج حاصل از بررسی شاخص های درون داد ها و فرایند های آموزشی نشان می دهد که میزان شاخص های بررسی شده در ایران یا از متوسط این شاخص ها در کشورهای شرکت کننده کمتر و یا حداکثر در حد متوسط این کشور ها است.

The results show that the average of Iranian students’ performance in all the cognitive and content domains is different from what was expected. In fact، the ranking of Iranian students has decreased as the number of participating countries in TIMSS studies has increased. As well، the results of investigating the input benchmarks and educational processes show that the amount of these benchmarks in Iran is either lower or close to the average marks of aforementioned countries. Since the performance as an output is influenced by input and educational process، therefore to improve the mathematics performance of Iranian students، it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of both input benchmarks and educational process.Keywords: Trend of Mathematics Performance, TIMSS, The 20 Years Vision Document of Iran -
The aim of the study is to develop a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for integrated training of working teachers and students of pedagogical institutions of higher education to perform labor functions, highlighting the role of teachers in the professionalization of the educational process in a Smart Environment. The article considers the main directions of transformation of the role position of future teachers in the professionalization of the educational process. The article has presented structurally functional model development of role positions of teachers in the formation of professional competencies of students. The development of the role position of the teacher has considered in relation to his professional and personal development and self-awareness as a subject of the educational process under the influence of a Smart Environment. The mechanism of realization of such model has offered by the integrative program which provides integration of formal and informal education and formation on such basis of new competences and development of components of a role position of the future teacher.Keywords: Role position of teachers, Professionalization, Educational process, Smart environment

مجله منظر، پیاپی 24 (پاییز 1392)، صص 14 -17به دلیل گرایش ذاتی و فطری انسان ها در تعامل با طبیعت، و تاثیرات قابل توجه ارتباط با طبیعت در روح و جسم آدمی، بشر همواره به دنبال ایجاد یک رابطه منطقی و مناسب میان فضای درون و طبیعت بیرون بوده است.
در راستای تحقیقات صورت گرفته در رابطه با تاثیرات طبیعت بر بهبود روند آموزشی و نقش آرامش بخش ارتباط با طبیعت بر جسم و روان آدمی، بررسی کیفیت تعامل با طبیعت در مکان های آموزشی ضروری به نظر می رسد. درگیری مداوم و گذراندن بخش زیادی از اوقات تحصیل در فضای آتلیه سبب شده این فضا نقش مهمی در فرایند آموزشی دانشجویان معماری بازی کند. این نوشتار با روش توصیفی پیمایشی کیفیت و نحوه ارتباط با طبیعت را از دیدگاه دانشجویان سال چهارم در دو دانشگاه هنر اصفهان مورد سوال قرار داده و تاثیر آن را بر نیازهای ذهنی و روانی آنها بررسی کرده است. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که ارتباط با طبیعت زنده در مقایسه با طبیعت مصنوع یا طبیعت مصور از دیدگاه دانشجویان اهمیت بیشتری در تامین نیازهای روانشناختی آنها در ارتباط با فضای آتلیه بازی می کند.

They also try to get a kind of proximity with natural environments. It is clear that the wellbeing and integrity of natural ecosystems and the biophysical environments are integral to human health and wellbeing. The implications for humans are not limited to physical health and comfort، and the available and uncontaminated air، water، food، but includes psychological need and benefit considerations relating to a spectrum of developmental، competence fostering and care-eliciting experiences in natural environments، such as identity formation، restoration، recreation، connection، and inspiration. According to extensive studies of researchers in association with natural effects on educational process improvement، it is necessary to survey the quality of interaction with nature in educational settings. Since architecture students spend much of their educational time on studio space، and they have a close contact with this space، so architectural studios have major roles in educational process of architecture students and undoubtedly physical environment of studio and mental-psychological effects of its parameters have direct effect on educational process and mind orientation of architecture students. Different achievements of researchers in relationship with positive and essential effects of interaction with nature have been represented in this article. So the present study based on this supposition can have useful effect on educational process and stress reduction of students. For this purpose، students needs in Isfahan art and Khorasgan Azad University related to interaction quality with nature has been evaluated with use of empirical research. Research methodology type of this study is descriptive survey. Results show that natural views have major importance in compared with painted nature for students. Reviver and valuable role of water has been approved too. It is very significant that analyses show among students needs، proper perspective and good view is second priority، Although relaxation and comfortably needs is forth priority. The analyses also indicate that climatic background has influences on what students expect as their desired studio. -
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی وضعیت موجود عوامل درونی مرتبط با نظام مدیریت آموزش در جمعیت هلال احمر ج.ا.ا انجام شده است. روش تحقیق بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری داده ها آمیخته-اکتشافی است. در این راستا در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 14 نفر از مطلعان کلیدی سازمان، مهمترین عوامل درونی مرتبط با نظام مدیریت آموزش شناسایی شد که عبارتند از؛ «اهداف و برنامه های آموزشی، نیروی انسانی آموزشی، منابع مالی آموزشی، محتوای آموزشی، فرآیندهای آموزشی، روش تدریس، زیرساخت آموزشی» . در مرحله بعد در قالب روش توصیفی- تحلیلی براساس عوامل شناسایی شده پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تهیه و از این طریق نظرات و دیدگاه های کارکنان درخصوص وضعیت موجود عوامل، گردآوری گردید. نتایج تحلیل کمی نشان می دهد که از بین عوامل هفتگانه، «اهداف و برنامه های آموزشی، محتوای آموزشی، فرآیندهای آموزشی، روش تدریس، زیرساخت آموزشی در وضعیت نسبتا مطلوب و عوامل نیروی انسانی و منابع مالی آموزش در وضعیت نامطلوب قرار گرفته اند.کلید واژگان: نظام مدیریت آموزش, عوامل درونی, جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایرانIdentification and evaluation of internal factors related to the education management system in the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran The purpose of this study was to identify and assess the current status of internal factors related to the educational management system in the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method is based on the purpose is applied and in terms of collecting data is blended-exploratory. In this regard, in the qualitative section, the most important internal factors associated with the educational management system were identified through semi-structured interviews with 14 key Experts of the organization that include: "Goals and educational programs, human resources, educational resources, educational content, educational processes, teaching methods, educational infrastructure". In the next stage, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared in a descriptive-analytical manner based on the identified factors. In this way, the attitudes of staff were examined about the status of the identified factors.The results of quantitative analysis show that among the seven factors, "goals and educational programs, educational content, educational processes, teaching methods, educational infrastructure in a relatively desirable, and the factors of human resources and financial resources in the field of education are in an unfavorable situation.Keywords: Education management system, Internal Factors, Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran

This research aimed to explore the empowerment of trainees of agricultural schools for the development of their professional performance. It was a survey study. The statistical population was composed of all trainees studying in agricultural schools in Iran in the 2020-2021 educational year, amounting to 1,119 students, out of whom 169 trainees were sampled by simple randomization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of the schools, the questionnaires were sent and received by e-mail from the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan, Fars, Qazvin, Mazandaran, and Semnan. Data were analyzed by the structural equation method using Smart PLS3. Based on the results, the educational content, educational process, management process, technical trainer development, and supply of space, equipment, and technology in agricultural schools have positive and significant effects on the empowerment of trainees in these schools. The standardized path coefficients revealed that the educational content directly accounted for 67.2% of the variance in the trainees’ empowerment. Also, 39.9, 31.1, 30.2, and 29.8% of the variance in the Iranian trainee’s empowerment were captured by the educational process, management process, technical trainer development, and the supply of space, equipment, and technology, respectively.

جستجو در زمینه ها و شرایط شکل گیری فرآیندهای تربیتی مدرن در ایران مبتنی بر مناسبات قدرت دانش مساله اساسی است که مقاله حاضر در پی یافتن پاسخ آن است. روش پژوهش در این مطالعه روش تحلیل تاریخی مبتنی مناسبات قدرت دانش است که به تجزیه و تحلیل سیر تاریخی عوامل شکل دهنده به نظام آموزش مدرن و تحول ارزش ها در جامعه ایران پرداخته است از اینرو ، ابتدا زمینه های فرهنگی و اجتماعی شکل گیری تربیت مدرن در ایران مبتنی بر اسناد، مدارک و شواهد مورد نقد قرار گرفته و بر اساس فرض مخالف پژوهش مبنی بر ارزشمندی برخی آموزه های سنتی ؛ شیوه های آموزش و دانش سنتی طرد شده در نظام آموزشی مدرن توصیف شده است. نتیجه حاصل از گام اول پژوهش آن است که فرایند مدرنیزاسیون تربیت سنتی را با جایگزینی عواملی همچون تحول در شیوه های تنبیهی و ظهور شیوه های انضباط مدرن، یکدست سازی ظاهر، توسعه آموزش های اجباری، معماری مدرن مدارس، ایجاد سازو کارهای نظارت بر نظام دانش به به حاشیه رانده است و منجر به آن شده است که در کنار دستاوردهای عظیم آموزش مدرن سهمی از ارزش و سنتهای بومی و فرهنگی از فرایندهای آموزشی در حاشیه قرار گیرد. در گام دوم پژوهش نتایج نشان داد که صرف نظر از تحول در شیوه های تنبیهی و ظهور شیوه های انضباط مدرن و توسعه آموزشهای همگانی که دستاوردی ارزشمند در نظام آموزشی مدرن است، بازنگری در دانش سنتی وبازسازی مجدد آن بر حسب الزامات بومی استکلید واژگان: نظام آموزشی مدرن, مناسبات قدرت- دانش, سیر تحول تاریخ تربیت ایران, سنت های بومی-فرهنگیAbstract This article reviews the history of education in the field of search and conditions of formation of modern educational processes is based on relationships power - knowledge at the thought of Michel Foucault. Therefore, in this study, in the first step, cultural and social development of modern education in Iran is based on documents and evidence has been criticized, and in the second step, removed teaching practices and traditional knowledge in the modern education system is described. International Journal of Human Capital in Urban Management, Volume:3 Issue: 3, Summer 2018, PP 223 -230The current research is trying to identify the effective modules (system modules) that form the integrated e-learning dashboard for educational processes and learning opportunities based on ISO 29990 in the municipality of Tehran. The educational process management system, which is currently providing classroom training services, is able to improve the situation by incorporating integrated management systems for human resources development processes. Based on the conceptual model, the construction of the four main factors, the process of management system, the learning management system, evaluation and effectiveness system, the employee competence development system are marked as the factors that included in the electronic management dashboard of learning processes are in interaction with their constructive components, which, according to the problem and research questions, they were tested in terms of factor load and their effect on each other after defining the variables in the software and recording data using factor analysis and multiple regression at a meaningful level. The most influential factors with the 0.875 was the Process Management System, and other factors with the difference in impact levels being prioritized in the next rankings. استفاده ی موثر از فناوری های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرایند آموزش و کار در محیط های آموزش الکترونیکی مستلزم آن است که فراگیران نقش های جدیدی را در فرایند یادگیری بپذیرند. ازجمله اینکه فراگیران باید جست وجوگران اطلاعات باشند و بتوانند درخصوص ارزش اطلاعات وسیعی که در شبکه ی جهانی اینترنت برای استفاده ی آنان موجود است به داوری و ارزشیابی بپردازند. در چنین شرایطی نقش آموزش دهندگان نیز از انتقال دانش و معلومات به تسهیل گر فرایند یادگیری تغییر می یابد. بنابراین آموزش الکترونیکی مستلزم داشتن برنامه ها، سیاست ها، استراتژی ها، اهداف ، روش ها و کلا الگوهای جدید در شرایط کنونی جهانی شدن است.
این پژوهش، با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در صدد بررسی وضعیت آموزش های الکترونیکی در کشور است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجراء توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه ی آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه ی متخصصان و خبرگان حوزه ی آموزش و پرورش و آموزش عالی اند که با توجه به مشخص نبودن حجم جامعه تعداد 267 نفر از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه ی مورد تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه ی 40 گویه ای) استفاده شده است.
نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد وضعیت مولفه ی قابلیت استفاده شدن و تعامل و مولفه ی انگیزش از مولفه های اصلی آموزش الکترونیکی در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد. درحالی که از نظر نخبگان و متخصصان نمونه ی مورد پژوهش وضعیت مولفه های جذب، محتواها، پاسخ گویی و کیفیت، اطمینان، تخصص در تدوین محتوا و تعهد در حد ضعیفی قرار دارد.کلید واژگان: آموزش, آموزش الکترونیکی, آموزش مجازی, جهانی شدن, جهانی شدن آموزشEffective implementation of information and communication technologies in educational processes and working in the new e-learning environments, require different roles by the students. The learners should be information seekers and they should be able to evaluate the huge amount of available information. In such a setting, the role of the teachers are changed from transmitters of knowledge and information to facilitators of educational processes. Therefore, e-learning require a dedicated and delicate strategy, program, aim, and method. This research surveys the contemporary situation of e-learning at a national level. It has a practical objective and a descriptive survey methodology. The statistical society of the research is 267 people selected randomly from manages and experts of national educational systems. The research was conducted through a library and field investigation. The research findings suggest a good level for such factors as applicability, interaction, and motivation and according to the survey, the experts expressed their concern about the weak situation for such factors as content, reception, accountability, quality, professionalism, and commitment.Keywords: Education, E, Learning, Virtual Education, globalization, Globalization of Education
