Achieving higher economic growth is one of the main objectives of all economies and countries around the world which will lead to an increase of social welfare, poverty alleviation, and inequality. Man power is one of the most important factors for economic growth. Since women make up half of the world’s population, they can be an effective factor for achieving this purpose; however, so far there has always been gender differences in various areas  including training, wage, health, and so on all around the world which can both have negative effect on economic growth and reduce economic welfare. Accordingly, any effort to remove gender differences in these areas, in addition to being an ethical value, is an essential policy to achieve goals regarding economic, social, and human development and is among the important issues of the nations. This paper seeks to explore the impact of gender differences such as those at the level of wages, education, and the indices of life expectancy of women and men upon economic growth in economies holding very high, high, medium, and low levels in human development during 2004-2012, by means of GMM model. The results of the paper show that for those countries with a very high level of human development, there is a negative relationship between economic growth and life expectancy, difference in the wage levels of women and men, and difference in education levels of women and men.  According to Boserup's theory, at the preliminary stages of economic growth, the gender gap will increase, but when a country goes through a distinct stage of development, this relation reverses, which is inferred from dependent variable interval of both groups and the variable concerning the difference in wages level of women and men in countries with low and medium human development index.

The production gap is calculated by the difference between potential and actual production. It shows the amount of using production factors in the process of production. The more the production gap of an enterprise is bigger, the use of production factors and the actual capacity of production are less, and the productivity of factors is down. For calculating the production gap, the potential production should be estimated at first. There are various methods for the calculation of potential production, and the most famous of them are the methods of production function and statistics. In this research , the Intriligator’s method which is based on Cobb-Douglas production function is used for estimation of potential production of small industries of Iran over the period 1993-2015. The result of paper shows that there is a positive production gap in small industries of Iran and it is concluded that the potential production capacities of enterprises are not used perfectly and the presence of economic recession is in the industries of Iran is vivid.

One of the important factors for economic development is the existence of an effective tax system. Higher tax revenues are also important to lower the aid dependency of low-income countries. Tax system can influence international investment decisions. They also encourage good governance and they are integral to strengthening state building and promote state accountability. The first step to understand public revenue system is to establish some commonly agreed performance measurement and benchmarks. One of the performance assessment benchmarks of tax system is tax capacity. In this regard in this study we investigated the determinant factors of tax capacity in oil exporter developing countries during 1996-2014 with “Bayesian Model Averaging” method to determine role and importance of any factors in affecting on tax capacity. The study intends to present country tax capacity typologies in order to fulfill emerging needs from developing countries’ policy makers.

The present paper examines the effect of culture on the relationship between income and carbon dioxide emissions in the framework of the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) using dynamic panel and system GMM estimator for 77 developed and developing countries for the period 1990 to 2014. Results of estimation by system GMM indicate: (i) the existence of EKC, and (ii) significant impact of culture on the relationship between income and CO2 emissions. The impact of six dimensions of culture on EKC can be classified into two categories: (i) masculinity, power distance and indulgence move the EKC upward and shift the income turning point to the left; and (ii) individualism, uncertainty, and long-term orientation move the EKC downward while shifting the income turning point to the right.

According to the theory of endogenous economic growth, human capital is considered as the most important factor in economic growth. For this reason, many models have tried to identify the factors influencing on human capital and the impact of these factors explains.
In the meantime, some economists believe the abundance of natural resources has been exacerbated rent-seeking behaviors in the economy and through this causes the disorder in resource allocation, increasing social and economic inequality and reducing human capital in countries has abundant natural resources. Including of these deviations can be mentioned to weak management of governments in using these resources to expand the human capital market. According to the important role management of natural resource abundance (Interaction of abundance natural resources and governance institutional index) in human capital market, The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the interaction of abundance natural resources and governance institutional index on human capital in OPEC member countries during the period from 1996 to 2016 using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). Overall, the results of this study show that abundance of natural resources from the channel improve institutional governance index has positive and significant impact on human capital in OPEC member countries. In fact, the results shown that promotion and progress in each dimension of the institutional index of governance leads to positive changes through the abundance of natural resources on the improvement of human capital in the studied countries. In addition, research findings show GDP per capita and life expectancy has positive and significant impact on human capital in OPEC member countries. Also results show that income inequality has negative and pointless impact on human capital in the studied countries.
