In recent years, a significant factor for success of service industry is the rate of meeting customers’ expectation and after service recovery satisfaction especially in banking system. The aim of this study is to fill the existing gaps in the marketing literature by providing a comprehensive model to examine the impacts of perceived justice on secondary satisfaction through the mediating role of positive and negative emotions. Further, this study is an attempt to explore the factors which have effects on post recovery satisfaction based on the perceived justice theory in Iranian banking system. The total numbers of respondents were 384 customers of bank who had experienced at least one time service failure. The hypotheses of this research were tested and analyzed by structural equation modeling and LISREL and PLS software. The findings suggest that the increase of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice enhances post-recovery satisfaction as well as increases positive emotions and decreases negative ones. In addition, as well as positive emotions raises, the secondary satisfaction will grow while increase of negative emotions will result in reduction of secondary satisfaction.

Market saturation, increased competition, change in tastes and needs of customers have made Iranian companies, especially canned industries, face various challenges in relation to consumers. Under such conditions, cannery companies with the ability for proper use of available facilities and equipment such as design and development of new products, supplying high-quality and economic products and appropriate packaging can overcome these challenges and guarantee their survival. Now, it’s time for experts and marketers to pay special attention to importance of packaging and its effect of purchasing decision of consumers and as a result, increased profitability of companies and re-evaluation of their attitude. Although companies have found that they should pay attention to physical aspect and attractiveness of packaging of products for this purpose, it could be observed that majority of them have not used scientific methods in this way. Applied method in this study is applied-developmental method in terms of purpose and the study is a mixed exploratory research in terms of nature. The results obtained from the study show that two identified indices including functional (informational) and visual (aesthetics) features could be effective factors on purchasing decision of consumers. Finally, the study has suggested considering the two indices to improve effectiveness in decision making among job subcultures.

The issue of credit risk and deferred bank claims is one of the sensitive issues of banking industry, which can be considered as the main cause of bank failures. In recent years, the economic slowdown accompanied by inflation in Iran has led to an increase in deferred bank claims that could put the country's banking system in serious trouble. Accordingly, the current paper presents a prediction model for credit risk of real customers of Qavamin Bank Branch in Shiraz, using a combined approach of logistic regression and neural network. Therefore, the necessary examinations were carried out on a sample of 351 individuals from the real customers of the bank in the period 2011-2012. According to the information available, 17 variables were extracted including financial and non-financial variables for classifying customers into well-balanced s and ill-balanced s. Among the variables, five effective variables on credit risk were selected using the parent forward stepwise selection technique, which was used to train neural networks with three neurons in the hidden layer. the optimum cutting point was selected based on the performance curve of the system and the results of the neural network output on the test data show that the accuracy of the combined model in the classifier of well-balanced customers is .89 and in the category of ill-balanced customers is .83 that is better than the results of logistic regression and in general, it is possible to estimate the accuracy of prediction.
