A review of the ideas in the Osul (principles) science can answer the new needs of this knowledge created by the systematic view of jurisprudence. Reason is one of the perception sources of which has been dealt with in the view of immoderation and falling that the manifestation of the falling current is the thought of Akhbaris. This current after being isolated by Sheikh Mufid and Seyyed Morteza, again, with attempt of Amin Asrabadi achieved scientific power and had nearly thousand years of rule over Shiite thought. The denial of the wisdom and law accompanying is one of the foundations of this thought. Relying on the conventional traditions and analysis and definition of reason, he consider, reason is incapable to discover the law. The allocation of traditions and exposing the weaknesses of analysis and the wrong definition of reason makes clear the weakness of the Akbaris perspective. This paper explains the weakness of the Akhbaris’ viewpoint by using a library method and a comprehensive view of both sides viewpoint.

Yusuf Najjar, in the Bible or the Four Gospels, introduced as the wife of Maryam and the father of Jesus; A claim that is not accepted by Islam religion. But due to the lack of articles and books about this character, his real image is vague. The present study, with regard to the shortcomings and misinterpretations, aimed to criticize and explain the real face of this character, based on the verses of the Qur’an and the Aha-al-Bayt traditions. The article criticize and analyzes this topic in two chapters: first, critique of his social personality, that is, his generation, his family, his relation to Maryam, and his occupation. Then, criticize his divine personality, that is, his mission from God. To this aim, library method is used. The results indicated that Yusuf Najjar has a different generation and family and is only Maryam’s relative. Also, there is no clear reason for His mission by God.

The Ashura event has undoubtedly been one of the most influential historical events ever, but it has always had questions. Did the life of Imam Hussein’s elder brother have an impact on the Ashura event, or is it better to say whether the political life of Imam Hassan Mojtaba that represented peace with Mu’awiyah had an impact on the Ashura event? The present study aimed to investigate the causes of peace with Muawiya and the consequence of each causes and events from rational and traditionary views; and express Its impact on the Ashura events through three consequences. Based on the results, there are three causes: Fatigue of people from the war, lack of thought unity and divine duty. To this aim, rational and traditionary arguments are used.

One of the most important and high usage topics is the terms and the kind of Vaz’e which plays an important role in the hermeneutics of the Western environment and in discussion of jurisprudence principles in Islamic environment. The present study aimed to investigate the third kind of Vaz’e from some Osulions perspective. To this aim, first, a brief description of the different types of Vaz’e is given, then investigated the possibility and its occurrence from the perspective of several Osuli scholars such as Ayatollah Khoei, Sobhani, Meshkini, Iraqi, etc. And have outlined the reasons for its denial. After reviewing these topics summarizes and state the selected quotation and then concludes as a supplement to the discussion. To this aim, Library references and rational arguments is used.

There are always some questions about the types of “Fa”, especially causal “Fa” for scholars who have finished reading Mughni Al-Labib ; For example, they can never distinguish between causal “Fa” with its other types, and they never know whether the causal “Fa” is one of the “Fa” types or not?! Hence, they become unstable in recognizing the type of “Fa” in Arabic phrases. Unfortunately, this problem is not allotted to Mughni al-Labib and other literary books are the same, and only put them together has a good result. The present study aimed to investigate various authentic books in this field and eliminate the defect. To this aim, based on the Al-Jani Aldani, all quotations are cited. The results indicated that “Fa” divided to three kinds: conjunction, connective and surplus. And other types - including preliminary that have fans - are not valid.
