Jewish immigration to Israel marked the cornerstone of Zionism as well as the essential element of Israel’s survival, remaining of Jewish community there. Immigration to the occupied lands along with reversed immigration are tolling the bell of danger for the regime. Hence, the Zionist regime has been trying to preserve its population and prevent them to immigrate, while playing tricks and special tactics to encourage Jews from other parts of the world to head their way to occupied Palestine. This descriptive-analytical study tries to investigate the tactics and ploys of Israel to absorb immigrants and prevent reversed immigrate. The main question has been what are the most important tactics of Israel to absorb immigrants and prevent reversed immigration? The hypothesis is that the most important policy of Israel to absorb immigrants and prevent reversed immigration has been exploiting the ongoing crises in various countries through horror and intimidation of Jews in the countries to prevent reverse immigration and force Jews in other countries to immigrate to the occupied lands.

As Palestine was announced as the Promised Land and Jews started immigrating to the region, Zionist regime’s expansionism in the Palestinian lands has been one of the negotiable subjects. Due to its geographic restrictions and racist ideology, the Israeli regime has been targeting land expansion and using such policies as military occupation, destruction of residential units, expulsion of the main inhabitants of the occupied lands, expansion of the Jewish settlements and Judaization of the occupied lands. Meanwhile, the measures have been in violation of the international norms and regulations. They entailed detrimental consequences leading to institutionalization of occupation and intentional destruction of Palestinian citizens’ residential units. In another words, the measures are expected to inflict material and legal damage, leave human fatalities, and cause psychological and identity crises due to devastation of refugees. The main goal of this article is content analysis, investigate the psychological and identity effects of the issue and specifically examine the intentional destruction of house by other and the incoming psychological and mental effects of the gesture and eventually the impact of the issue on identity of the inhabitants of the occupied lands. The results of this research will show that the geographical location in macro level and house in the micro level have special role and status in reproduction of national identity of the inhabitants of the occupied lands.

The phrase of “The Deal of the Century” has revived the highly scandalous story of Quds. Quds and its management and handling of its affairs are highly complicated, depending on various identity, economic, cultural and historical factors. Israeli policy makers do not like to consider the people residing in eastern Quds as equal and destiny making citizens. The reality is that they just tolerate. On the other hand, hundreds of thousand angry and pain enduring Arabs think Zionists are deserved to receive punishments and plights. They believe that their farmlands and houses are occupied and ruined. This study investigates the way Israelis manage affairs and also the condition of the community in eastern part of Quds.

Diversity of identities in multiparty societies is among factors threatening national security, territorial integrity and legitimacy of the sovereignty. Israel’s community is now facing various challenges due to the diversity of identity. However, despite the ongoing diversified ethnic rifts, the most important factor behind relative religious and social integration and various ethnic rifts and repair of the identity vacuum have been Jewish religious injunctions. This article tries to address the question, “Which special mechanisms have Judaism adopted to offer identity to Israeli community? What rendition of the concepts of the sacred texts has been used the most for the purpose?” The researcher investigated the religious and political fundamentals in Israel and the result was that Jewish orthodox just account for 20 percent of Israeli Jews, while their religion is distinguished as the main official religion of Israel, having a qualitative effect on the functions of the sovereignty and political behavior of the society. Relying on the sacred Jewish texts, they have left the highest impact on identity building in Israeli community. To this end, they insisted on such concepts as the Jewish community being distinguished as top community, lack of any controversy in sacred texts of Torah and Talmud, the Promised Land and other religious indices so as to offer a religious definition of the ethnic, cultural and climatic identity of Israeli community.

“West” is a frequently heard word. But does such an entity with such features in our mind does really exist? Can the earth be so classified so easily and a diversified and different group of countries be included in a fully similar group? This article tries to find out the points of proximity and similarity of west European countries and the US, finding out their civilizational, political and historical commonalities. There are, however, important differences between West Europe and the US to the extent that the two hubs of power been in tension rather than hostility position. The tensions are worth scrutiny from three main points of view: West-west competition, difference in the economic structure and difference in the political system. The tensions used to be temporarily discarded in certain historical junctions on the ground to get united in campaign against fascism or communism. Now, expanded European Union tries to contain them and despite all these efforts, they have been evident in various historical junctions and even in certain cases resulted in playing with zero integration of the member countries of the block.

The nongovernmental actors’ institutionalized power of management over a region and its people is evident and testified by the extent of their contribution to enhance their ability. The requisites for materialization of such an ability is political functionalism, accountability and restricted politico-military arrangements. That has been the case with Hamas since June 2007 when it took over the responsibility to manage Gaza; Hamas has been favoring military operations or turning into a political player -- a hot and challenging issue in the Middle East. This research is a case study on Hamas, trying to see how institutionalization by non-governmental actors (in the sense that they become an element of government) has an impact on the tendency towards military choices. Moreover, this study tries to address the question whether violence prevents or prohibits the process? To this end, this paper focuses on Israel’s capacity and power to influence certain relevant variables.
