The various kind of environmental damage have led the thinkers of different religions to think more deeply religious teachings in order to prevent a global environmental catastrophe. There are several ethical propositions bout environment protection in the teachings of monotheistic religions and as a symbol and sign of its creator nature is one of the purposeful creation that testifies to God’s mercy to the human beings by enabling them to subjugate the universe. focusing on the Qur'an and the book of the Psalm of the Old Testament, this study seeks to discover and extract the common themes of the natural environment. The study findings show that the Holy Quran and the Psalms of David have many common themes, regarding three aspects: ontological, matters, the relationship between nature and God and the relationship between man and nature. In his encounter with nature, man has two ways righteousness and corruption; righteousness leads to inheriting the earth whereas involvement in corruption on earth, makes man, like his predecessors, face the wrath of nature.  The research findings show that, there are similarities between the Qur'an and the Psalms in, in some cases, in addition to their sharing similarities the themes.

The life history of divine prophets has in some cases been distorted and incorrect narrations and myths have been presented. Using a collectivist approach, this study seeks to examine the Imamiyah view of the infallibility of Prophet Yusuf based on their narrations to prove the infallibility of Prophet Yusuf by resting on the Qur'an and compare the view of the Qur’an with that of the Old Testament. Considering this aspect and the other aspects in the subject of discussion, this study is considered novel and are different from other similar works. Since intellectual proofs have priority over transmitted narrations and the infallibility of the prophets has been confirmed also proved by intellectual proofs, Qur’nic verses and the narrations identical to them that of some cite to support the supposing that Prophet Yusuf is not infallible has been reviewed. The idea of attributing four sins to Prophet Yusuf by referring to the verses 23, 24, 42, 70, 99 and 100, respectively, i.e. the intention of committing, adultery, invoking other than God, lying and not showing due respect to father is rejected by this article, all the accusations against Prophet Yusuf have been dismissed.

The account which the Qur'an provides about God’s favor to the prophet Yusuf, at the time of his life is a clear image of monotheism, the role of God's favors to the Prophet in his life and his being under the guardianship of God, but Torah give a completely different picture by omitting some details or giving on incomplete, distorted and inverted account. The purpose of this study is to show the differences between the Qur'an and the Torah in their monotheistic narration of the story of Prophet Yusuf and review what Qur’an regards distortion of the story which the existing Torah narrates. The Qur'an considers Yusuf as God's servant chosen for delivering the mission, having sovereignty over the family of Jacob, and holding power. His being chosen by God is represented in his having the dream of the prostration of the sun, the moon and eleven stars as the first special divine providence to him, and with the prostration of his father, mother and brothers before him, as the prince of Egypt, the dream came true. Some events such as rescuing Yusuf by bringing him out of the well, selling him in Egypt, his arrival in the house of Egypt, his rescue from the trap set by the wife of the prince of Egypt when he saw the Divine evidence, his ability to interpret the dreams, his release from prison and shirt’s being a means of  healing are all special divine  providence, in order to fulfill the divine providence for the election and sovereignty and supremacy of Yusuf, it includes him and shows the divine providence and guardianship towards his chosen servants. The Torah gives in this regard is quite different.

The Holy Qur'an considers that the fulfillment of the promise of handing over the Holy Land to the Children of Israel is conditioned by their obedience and servitude to God, patience and righteousness. In other words, this promise is conditioned by the commitment of the Children of Israel to their covenants and promises and their obedience to the divine commands. Because the Children of Israel had not fulfilled of these the mentioned conditions and the had not obeyed the divine commands, this God’s promise (ownership and being successors) was not fulfilled except in a limited period that is, (the period of Prophet David and Prophet Solomon) and their claim on the land in later periods was unlawful. This explanation of the Holy Qur'an is contrasted to that of the Torah, despite the reports of the many instances of disobedience of the Children of Israel and the wrath of God in various times, at the way they behaved and the many cases of their breach of covenants and breaking of promises, still suggests that the Children of Israel are the ultimately the ownership of the Holy Land.

"Suffering" is the most challenging issue that face religions. It directly challenges theism or the religions that believe in God, the unique Almighty the Benevolent the All-powerful, the absolute. In these religious suffering is often considered as a penalty for committing sins; but it is difficult to support this explanation in the face of the suffering of the innocent and the welfare success of the evil. Using a descriptive analytical method, this article seeks to discuss the question of the suffering of the righteous and the welfare of the evil and the answers offered by the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) because the afore mentioned answer seems dusty, on the one hand, and there is a need to address this question, on the other. The righteous suffer for the purpose of purification and divine discipline, accepting the heavy responsibility of the ascension of others, the atonement of the children of Israel or all the peoples of the world, and the test, according to the Old Testament. Sometimes their suffering is due to the sins of their fathers and the welfare of the evil is due to the righteousness of their fathers. One of the views is that the notion of the suffering of the righteous and the welfare of the evil is too difficult for the human intellect to comprehend. It is sometimes said that the suffering befalls the righteous by Divine Decree.
