The pace of technology development in the world and the emergence of smart software and applications are indicative of the development of technology in the field of science. In this way, the relationship between urban design knowledge and urban planning with technology should not be ignored. 3D visualization tools are used to create high-level designs around the world. Urban three-dimensional models are generally generated to describe the current situation, and at a higher level, three-dimensional urban models can be well used in simulation for topics related to various types of urban management, including crisis management. Having smart city management depends on the use of smart executive tools in different dimensions of the city. The Procedural Modeling approach and its tools are one of these technologies, that by using it, dynamic and automatic feedback can be created throughout the design process and flexible and smart scenarios can be designed and programmed. With a practical approach, this paper first introduces Procedural Modeling to design, modeling and simulation by using the CityEngine software. In order to demonstrate and present the use of this smart simulation technique, the visualization of the current situation for a part of the Kalad neighborhood of Tehran city, will be done in four basic steps; The first step is to gather all the necessary information and attributes of the buildingsto create a database for modeling along with taking pictures of the buildings facades. The second step is to write the CGA rule file and the next step is to create a three-dimensional simulated model in the CityEngine software by using algorithms and written code. Finally, the final result of the simulated three-dimensional model is published as a web-based output. Since these codes are textual, they can be changed and developed in the future

Given the increasing number of people visiting sacred places, these places are forced to expand and increase their capacity; while, in his time, the traditional architect has been able to use knowledge and technology in such a way that while maintaining beauty, its stability create a sense of belonging to the place. The present study is aimed at explaining how the use of technology in development of these sacred buildings today has created a sense of belonging to the place. Thus, the main question is how has the use of technology in development of sacred tombs been considered in the sense of belonging to the place, and what criteria and sub-criteria do they need, as well as how is the effectiveness of each of them on the experts? Also in terms of the research method, the present study tries to find the share of technology in each of the components of sense of belonging to a place as well as the related measures in sacred places, in addition to ranking and evaluating those components and measures through Delphi technique and the hierarchical analysis method. Finally, the desired case studies will be evaluated based on that ranking. Research results have indicated that when applying technology to developments of sacred buildings, experts believe that physical, semantic, and functional components respectively affect the sense of belonging to the place. Moreover, about the case studies, the research achievements show that in spite of the priority of physical and semantic components from the viewpoint of experts, the role of technology’s functional component in the sense of belonging to place in selected samples has attracted the attention of design- .ers more than the other two components

One of the most critical cultural concepts in traditional housing is the separation of public and private spaces. Given that Iran’s traditional introverted houses are based on the spatial structure in four prevalent patterns, two sides of construction (two different masses), two sides of construction (two masses perpendicular to each other), three sides of construction and four sides of construction; The purpose of this study is investigating the effect of these patterns on the separation of private and public spaces in Qajar houses. The research method in this research is quantitative-qualitative. And the tools used to analyze homes is mathematical of space syntax. In the qualitative section, based on library studies, research literature was collected. And in a quantitative part, after selecting 8 Qajar houses from these four models. First, the justified graph of the samples was extracted by the A-Graph software. The rate of separation of public and private spaces in the examples, by space syntax tools, average relative depth, step depth, correlation, relative symmetry and connection and control Was calculated. The results of the research show that the rate of separation of public and private spaces in the model of the four sides of the construction and then the three sides of the construction has been done more .than the patterns of the two sides of the construction

Rural management is one of the most important components of achieving sustainable development at the national level, which will not be possible without the use of capable and efficient management practices; therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate published scientific research articles related to rural management in Iran during the years 1390 to 1398. For this purpose, all articles published during these years in terms of gender, number of authors, expertise and scientific rank of authors, thematic trends and quarterly, study areas, research methods, sampling method and collected information were studied. The statistical population of the study was all articles published during the years 1390 to 1398, which includes 66 articles. The method used in this paper is content analysis and the information is collected in a library. The data is calculated by Excel software and the results are displayed schematically. The results show that about 17% of the authors are women and 83% are men. The most specialized of the authors is the field of rural planning and the scientific rank of assistant professor has the highest frequency. The state university has the highest rate of dependence, with the highest number of authors, about 86.81 percent, contributing to an article. In most articles, the quantitative research method has been used and the descrip tive-analytical research method has the highest frequency. Also, the questionnaire method has been used to collect more .information

A significant amount of socio-cultural services of urban ecosystems emerge in parks, as part of urban open spaces. In this article at first, the goals and functions of urban parks have been studied and secondly their role in ensuring the physical and mental health of citizens and also the goals of landscape architecture in contemporary parks have been investigated to increase the use of ecosystem services. The field method and questions from the elites have been used for data collection. Ecosystem socio-cultural services are prioritized based on their importance in the design of urban parks. In the following, the Iranian Garden City has introduced and explained the usage of ecosystem services in it. Different types of gardens and open spaces in Garden City have been evaluated in terms of socio-cultural services of the ecosystem through questions from elites. Then, Isfahan has been studied in detail by using historical sources and documents in the Safavid era. The results of this article which have been done by descriptive-analytical method shows how socio-cultural services of ecosystem in Iranian Garden City increased by using open and semi-open urban spaces and inventing Tajir as a factor enhancing physical and visual permeabil- .ity in the cityscape
