In this paper, different methods of wavelet coefficients have been used to detect power quality in smart power grids and have investigated the advantages and disadvantages of continuous and discrete wavelet transforms in detection and performance of different mother wavelets in detecting different types. The perturbations are investigated by discrete wavelet transform. Also, in analyzing the power quality of smart grids, the type of disturbance in voltage or current signals is discussed.

The topic of distribution network reconfiguration has been recognized as a common problem in the operation of distribution networks. Up to now, reconfiguration of the distribution network has been used to reduce power loss, issues with reliability and emergency problems. As a result of the increasing installation rate of Distributed Generations (DGs) and the increasingly increasing number of Electric Vehicles (EVs), distribution network operators have faced new problems as a result of high sensitive loads. These new facets of the problem of network operation consist of the problem of congestion and enable the business mechanism to be executed by an existing distribution market. With the application of Distribution Locational Marginal Price (DLMP), using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), this paper introduces a new methodology to solve this problem. As a suitable case study, the standard IEEE 33-bus network has been selected and simulation results show the compatibility of the proposed system. In the case of not considering DGs and the problem of congestion, comparisons with other papers were also discussed. The participation of DGs in the electricity distribution industry, the issue of congestion and the numerical results have been shown and discussed below.

Using narrow-spectrum energy bandwidth can be effective on image quality. Because while increasing the possibility of processing the attenuation coefficient, it also provides a reduction in the beam hardening artifact. For this purpose, in this paper, energy absorption filters are used by planning absorption and attenuation curves and sudden changes in attenuation in the interaction of the beam on the edges, as well as considering the operating conditions of existing imaging devices and the best energy required for imaging a specific part of the body. Then, their images were compared with the recorded images without filters and were approved by clinical experts. The samples, on the other hand, were designed with Monte Carlo N-particle radiation transport computer code (MCNP4C), which showed an acceptable agreement with the computational cases.

With the increasing expansion of electronic power converters in industrial applications, converter reliability.Power electronics have become very important. Electronic converters as intermediaries in systems Power generation from PV and Wind is also important in electrical drives and the aerospace industry. This article introduces comprehensive methods for assessing reliability. Methods reviewed Used for power extraction systems from WECS wind energy based on PMSG permanent magnet generator Placed. In these systems, it is usually a diode rectifier with a step-up converter and inverter on the side The network is exploited. The task of the inverter on the network side is to stabilize the DC link voltage and adjust the reactive power. The amplifier converter is also responsible for regulating the output voltage of the rectifier in order to obtain maximum power. in this Thesis uses both ordinary incremental inverter and interleave increment inverter and the capability Reliability is analyzed.

Electro-mechanical oscillations are produced in the machines of an interconnected power network, followed by a disturbance or due to high power transfer through weak tie lines. These  oscillations  should  be  damped  as  quickly  as  possible  to  ensure the reliable and stable operation of the network. To damp these  oscillations  different  controllers,  based  on  local  or  wide  area  signals,  have  been  the  subject  of  many  papers.  This  paper  presents  the  analysis  of  the  PID  of  Conventional  Power  System  Stabilizer  (PSS)  and  Fuzzy  Logic  Controller.

Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) with properties such as high density and low power consumption is a promising technology for VLSI future. But high error rate is a disadvantage of this technology, hence it is necessary to design circuits with testability. In this paper a new universal and testable 3×3 gate is designed. This gate is a kind of intelligent systems; because the possible system error can be distinguished by the output values. This gate is designed in a way that it has always 2 ones and one zero in its outputs. When the gate works properly the majority of the outputs must be one and the logical AND operation of the outputs must be zero. Thus in the presence of any transient and permanent fault such as single missing cell the majority and AND of the outputs are not equal to those in fault free operation. Then the performance of this gate is compared with useful testable Fredkin gate and is shown that for implementing logic functions this gate has a better performance in terms of complexity and delay in comparison with Fredkin gate.
