By explaining the concept of the unconscious, Freud introduces the ego as the product of a process of retrieval and obedience to the laws of the unconscious, and displaces the subject of enlightenment from the inviolable position of consciousness to the unconscious. He rewrote Lacan by presenting a new structure of the mental system, presenting a different image of the subject. The present article tries to examine the formation of the subject of psychoanalysis and contrast it with the common subject in philosophy and psychology. It also examines the Freudian-Lacanian subject as an analytical approach to art. The results showed that the psychoanalytic subject, in contrast to the Cartesian autonomous subject, achieves various goals beyond the treatment rooms and initiates different analyzes in the field of art criticism and research on the human psyche.
