Driving in adverse environmental conditions is a challenge that accounts for a large proportion of deaths due to traffic accidents. The purpose of this article is to investigate the environmental factors affecting drivers' urban accidents. This article has been done by descriptive-analytical method and the results of this article show that factors such as: snow, rain, foggy weather, geometry of the place, and the type of area cause more cracks. Due to the focus of the traffic police on human factors and the application of the law and regulations on traffic and the relative control of human factors, this vacuum is felt in the country that policies and planning pay more attention to natural factors. They are effective in traffic accidents so that they can design corrections on the most influential factors. Improving the physical environment in driving will make the efforts of the country's traffic police to control the severity of injuries more visible.

After water, concrete is the most widely used material in the construction industry due to its special properties. However, the Portland cement production process has major environmental disadvantages, resulting 8% of global CO2 emissions (4 billion tons per year). Therefore, the need to use an alternative to Portland cement seems necessary. In recent years, geopolymer has been proposed as a new and environmentally friendly cement agent to replace Portland cement. Geopolymers are chains or networks of mineral molecules that are attached by covalent bonds, and are composed of a combination of two main parts, the aluminosilicate source (by-products) and the alkaline activating solution. They can exhibit outstanding technical properties such as high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, or high thermal resistance. The use of PFA powdered fuel ash from coal-fired power plants to replace conventional OPC Portland cement has become quite common. Quantifying the environmental benefits of using these materials is difficult. The LCA life cycle assessment method, which is internationally standardized by the ISO14040 series, can be used to quantify the environmental impacts of products and processes. In this review article, the use of LCA method for comparing the environmental impact of OPC precast concrete products with PFA precast concrete products is shown. The four stages of LCA are described in detail and the results of determining the material as a by-product or waste are discussed. An overview of other LCA studies conducted for environmental applications is also provided to determine which of the impact assessment methods is most widely used.

Flexural reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams with composite materials is one of the most common methods of structural reinforcement. Composite materials have several advantages such as ease of implementation, easy access, relatively low cost, increased bearing capacity, low weight, etc., but despite all these advantages, the use of these materials also has disadvantages, which can be Premature and sudden bending failure in beams reinforced with these materials, which occurs due to premature rupture of composite materials or even deterioration of the joint area due to lack of attention to the stability of epoxy adhesive from the concrete surface in the tensile zone of the beam, noted. In this paper, by designing a computational program with Abacus software, 7 examples of reinforced concrete beam reinforcement design with GFRP rebar by near-surface installation method (NSM) and its integration with various FRP sheet enclosure cases taken from a This is a laboratory study, an attempt was made to prevent premature failure of the reinforced beam and to be able to use the maximum capacity of GFRP rebar. It is noteworthy that in modeling this reinforcement design with composite materials, the effect of ultimate adhesion resistance and failure or deterioration of epoxy adhesive between NSM rebar and concrete surface is important, so in this modeling of the joint area which is epoxy adhesive modeling and its behavior Has been examined. The use of this reinforcement method with four NSM rebars and FRP sheets increased the final bearing capacity by more than 60% compared to conventional reinforced concrete beams.

Today, in the industries of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC ), it is essential to implement management techniques and tools, especially with increasing project scale. While the search for better techniques and tools continues, BIM building information modeling is one of the most promising developments in the industry, reflecting a digital picture of the physical and functional characteristics of a structure in order to create a reliable basis for decision making, During the life cycle of the structure (ISO standard, 2011) and presents the project in multidimensional. Geometric data is modeled and, most importantly, project-related data such as element performance, material specifications, execution details, program, cost, etc. are also stored with the model. The BIM also incorporates many of the functions needed to model a building's life cycle, paving the way for new designs and capabilities, and changing roles and relationships between project teams. The goal is to provide a single model for all stakeholders at all stages of the project. In this paper, the main challenges in the current method of project management and control are analysed and how BIM-based project management overcomes these challenges. It explored how to use BIM to manage and gather information to build a BIM model. The benefits of planning, cost estimation, sustainability, and facilities management of BIM-based multiple-dimensional in the areas of planning, control, project management and construction were explored. At the end, a brief explanation was given about the BIM software platforms and how to work with them.
