A new approach to business operations management in recent years is the supply chain management approach. Factors such as globalization, outsourcing and increasing the diversity of products and services have led to increased complexity in the supply chain and with increasing business competition, the management of the company is not possible without considering the risks of the supply chain and the company's management needs to be identified. Prioritize and monitor supply chain risks. The present study identified supply chain risks in the detergent industry and ranked it using Analytical Hierarchy process. The research sample consisted of 55 experts and experts of Safflower Manufacturing Company. The results showed that the supplier risk with the highest weight coefficient (0.470) is the most important risk of the detergent supply chain is ranked and the second, third And fourth is taken by producer risk, distributor risk and customer risk with weight coefficients of 0.308, 0.113 and 0.110, respectively.

One of the biggest challenges of projects is the limitation in human resources and, more clearly, the limitation in the number of skilled workers. Proper allocation of workers can increase the quality of production. Production workers, as the largest producer of the production leap, play a key role in improving the country's production system. Therefore, their proper timing is very important. In this research, by developing the concept of fatigue caused by the same work into two types of positive and negative fatigue caused by doing similar work and not just the same, a new and flexible model is presented that uses it Tasks can be scheduled so that similar tasks are assigned to each operator in the smallest programmable period and dissimilar tasks in the largest programmable period, so that the total allocation cost (including the total cost of doing the work and the total cost of fatigue). Because the proposed workflow scheduling model is formulated as a multi-period BoH allocation model and formulated as a nonlinear integer model, it falls into the category of compositional optimization. To overcome its algorithmic complexity, the Simulated Anealing algorithm is developed.

Despite the key role of small and medium industries in economic development and job creation, one of the biggest problems for these businesses is their legendary failure rates. The main reasons for the failure of these industries are marketing limitations in the form of lack of financial resources, lack of time, market knowledge and lack of marketing expertise. Networking is one of the solutions that has been proposed to overcome these limitations, because networking is considered as a factor in restructuring the global business architecture. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of networking capability on the marketing performance by considering the role of entrepreneurial orientation and market nowledge. A survey of 225 small and medium-sized enterprises in Iran was conducted through a questionnaire and the results were analyzed by structural equation modeling with a partial least squares approach. Results show that networking capability has a positive effect on the marketing performance of small and medium industries. Also, firms with entrepreneurial orientation and better market knowledge can also use their networking capabilities for marketing purposes.

The main purpose of this research is to design the model of public trust evaluation. In order to identify the indexes and components, Q-technique has been used. Due to this, the discourse forum was collected by using of the research literature. Then the introducer sample of discourse forum was formed by using of the experts', comments. Finally, with collection and analysis of the parliament group's comments, four mental models (functionalism, architect-orientation, policy-orientation and balance-orientation) were identified. Each one of the mental models emphasized on special aspects and factors in the public trust evaluation and somehow, they were as the representative of special thought in the society. In the second stage of the research, the model fit was studied by using of the confirmatory factorial analysis and it was confirmed. In order to evaluate the amount of public trust, a phased deduction system should be designed that was realized by using of Q-method output, the factorial analysis and weighting the factors of each mental model by using of AHP technique. This model was formed from 88 indexes in the frame of 28 factors, ten components and four dimensions (mental models identified) and final output (public trust). The rules, laws and membership function of phased deduction system were written for the public trust by using of experts, comments and 648 laws were extracted. And this system was designed by using of MATLAB software

Financial literacy and strategic development and understanding its concepts are of special importance to students. That is because the financial decisions made by them during the academic course has an important impact on their financial situation after graduating from school and university. The goal of the present research had been to present a framework to deploy and strategic development the continuous system of financial literacy in the high schools of Tehran. The method of study in this research is descriptive-surveying. After the extraction and the confirmation of the proper questionnaire, it was distributed among the students. The statistical population of this sector of research was the third year students of the second high-schools of Tehran. The findings imply that the triple aspects of the financial literacy of the students impact their field of study and the occupation of their parents. The results display that with the triple aspects of the financial literacy of the students, the amount of their field of study will be strongly low. And with the high amount of the triple aspects of the financial literacy of the students, the amount of their parent’s occupation will be strongly low.

In the present study, a firefly algorithm is used to achieve a multi objective optimization of heat pipe with axial “Ω” shaped micro grooves. The objective function of the optimization procedure is maximization of heat transport capability and minimization of the total thermal resistance. So the effects of geometrical dimensions and structural parameters on heat pipe performance have been considered as decision variables. Also heat transfer capability and total thermal resistance of heat pipe have been considered as objective function. The agreement between experimental data and calculated results confirms the accuracy of the proposed algorithm for micro groove heat pipe analysis .The effect of grooves number and vapor core diameter on heat transfer and total thermal resistance have been analyzed and it shows by increasing the number of grooves and core diameter, heat transfer capability and total thermal resistance increased. Heat transfer capability and total thermal resistance decreased by increasing width of slot. For equal in size width slot by increasing grooves diameter heat transfer and total thermal resistance respectively increased about 25% and 7%. Result shows working temperature significantly effects on the heat transfer capability and maximum heat transfer capacity occurred about 271 K.

the rate of labor supply and the demand rate for labor specifies the people’s employment and unemployment status. In fact, a rise in labor supply and a reduction in labor demand constitutes an increase in unemployment that subsequently leads to reducing the employment rate and vice versa. The higher education job market is composed of supply and demand. The labor supply with higher education depends on the population, the number of university graduates, the number of students, the state of the higher education market in countries, which leads people to migrate or not migrate to other countries and consequently changes the rate of domestic labor supply. For this reason, a descriptive survey research method is employed to examine the correlation between graduates' unemployment rate and entrepreneurship development by the higher education system experts in society. Also, a structural equation model which specifies the relationship between the main variables and the second-order variables is considered. The statistical population of this study includes experts with master's and Ph.D. degrees. This information is gathered in 1400, and the number of people who were interviewed is about 100. Entrepreneurship development and graduates' unemployment constitute the main variables. The second-order variables include innovation, risk appetite, pioneering, aggressive competition, education, culture and society, economic, management, politic. The effect of entrepreneurship development on graduates' unemployment is measured. The results of structural equations proved that increasing entrepreneurship development by one unit reduces graduates' unemployment rate by 3.91%. Besides, the entrepreneurship development variable with 3.81% indicates the graduates' unemployment.
