The use of IoT in intelligent agriculture is now very common among farmers, and with the use of drones and sensors, advanced agriculture is rapidly becoming a growing global standard. The use of IoT requires infrastructure that is defined within an IoT governance framework. This paper proposes new approaches to knowledge management, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT governance and their impact on productivity in the agriculture sector by hiring specialized people who are called AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers.Given the importance of all three topics, knowledge management, IoT, and agriculture, we have tried to show the impact of the presence of AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers and IoT in reducing water consumption as one of the most important requirements of agriculture in a simulation by Matlab Software. The data was obtained from the Eurostat database. We also provide a framework for the presence of AI-aided Agriculture Knowledge Managers in fields that are specialized in agricultural science and knowledge management. Finally, due to the importance of governance in this sector, a framework for the governance of artificial intelligence in the field of agriculture with the presence of knowledge managers has been proposed.

    Aim

This article has been prepared and compiled with the aim of identifying and determining the application of knowledge management criteria in the portals of eight science and technology parks in Tehran province.

    Methods

This research was a descriptive survey. Data were collected based on a checklist based on the model of availability, creation, and transfer of knowledge. The statistical population of this study includes the website of eight science and technology parks of Tehran province.

    Results

The level of application of knowledge management criteria in the website of science and technology parks is in an unfavorable situation. Among the components of knowledge management, the component of knowledge creation with the lowest average compared to the component of knowledge transfer and availability needs to be fundamentally reviewed.

    Conclusion

The results showed that knowledge management criteria in these websites are not used properly. In order to eliminate this shortcoming and fill the gap in the current situation, the designers of science and technology parks websites should include the knowledge management approach among the main strategies of the park programs under their management. Keywords: Science and technology parks, knowledge management, portals, knowledge creation

    Purpose of the study:

This study aims to determine the effect of query expansion on the scientific texts retrieval in Persian.

    Research Method

The present study was conducted using quasi-experimental method. The results are the obtained by analyzing 40 initial and expanded queries of postgraduate students in the Faculty of Management, University of Tehran. Query expansion was performed manually using primary research results.

    Findings

Query expansion of Persian scientific texts leads to an increase in the number of related retrieved documents, as well as the comprehensiveness and accuracy of retrieving scientific data in Elmnet search engine, which as a result, improves the overall performance of information retrieval.

    Results

Nowadays, automatic query expansion is on the agenda of databases. Given that Persian databases are not fully developed, and the existence of specific problems of writing in Persian language, information literacy training and the method of defining and expressing information requirements and providing them to the information retrieval systems, can have significant impact for postgraduate students and researchers, to retrieve the required information and save them time and money.

Because the learning process involves the entire life of individuals from birth to the time when the individual is conscious, and also because of the importance of knowledge and learning in today's societies, this text provides an overview of concepts related to the field of learning and related aspects. Knowledge was done to provide a basic framework in addition to further clarifying the context, in the hope that learning would move towards knowledge and be practical. Do not forget after a while. Knowledge-based learning means that the learner can first acquire sufficient knowledge of himself with the help of his educational system and teachers and then learn according to his past so that he can finally acquire new knowledge and combine this knowledge with his previous knowledge. To integrate to be institutionalized. In this case, what has been learned will never be forgotten and can be applied in similar situations.

The purpose of the study is to explore the history and growth of the Indian LIS education system, its sustainability, and describe a critical review of recent UGC proposed Learning Outcomes-based Curriculum Framework (LOCF) syllabi. The formal LIS education which was started before independence with few universities currently witnessed a phenomenal growth of LIS departments/schools in the county. The structured questionnaire and survey methods were used to collect relevant data about availability of various courses and supplemented by searching websites and personal contacts. The findings of the study indicates that that 237 universities/colleges/ polytechnic institutes and professional associations found offering LIS education from six months certificate course to a doctoral research program. The survey revealed that at present B.A. (Hons.), B.Sc. (H), Dip. in LIS (3 years), CLIS, BLIS, MLIS, MLIS (two years integrated), PGDLAN, M. Phil., Ph.D., and D.Litt. courses are available in 31 states and UT of Indian universities/colleges in Library and Information Science. The study also finds that during the span of 20 years (2001-2020) 105 LIS departments came into existence primarily in private universities and colleges. The latest UGC proposed LOCF syllabi for BLIS also examined to find its acceptability and sustainability as a uniform model curriculum framework for the LIS departments in India, In addition the study describes key issues, challenges and recommendations to enhance LIS education scenario.

Science production through the use of knowledge management has been identified as a top priority for development in almost any society while scientific development is considered as a prerequisite to development in various sectors, which can consequently lead to economic prosperity and social welfare. I.R.Iran vision plan 2025 targets the first economic and scientific ranking in the region. A closer study of scientific products and science ranking of countries has provided a suitable tool for proper policy-making and planning as well as better understanding of the past situation. Analysis of scientific products and science ranking of countries has also paved the ground for purposeful scientific practices and research priorities besides contributions to recognition of weaknesses and insufficiencies in science production. Additionally, the environmental performance index of countries is an indicative of countries’ commitment to sustainable development and human life. Meanwhile, countries with lower science ranking will doubtlessly fail to manage ecological issues effectively. This study makes a comparison of science ranking and environmental performance index among Persian Gulf countries. The results show that Iran and Saudi Arabia, despite their first and second place, respectively, in science ranking in the region, have not been able to fully utilize this capacity for effective protection and management of the environment. In contrast, countries such as Kuwait and Bahrain, despite their lower science ranking, at the bottom of the table, have attained higher values with regard to environmental performance index than Iran and Saudi Arabia thanks to their proper planning and policy-making practices.
