This study aimed to assess the mediating role of flattery in the relationship between self-esteem and stress and job success from the point of view of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Experts. It is applied research in terms of classifying research by purpose, it is descriptive-non-experimental in terms of data collection, and has been the case study among all types of descriptive research methods. The statistical population of the study consists of 700 staff and experts of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. Using the Cochran formula, 400 individuals are selected as a statistical sample. The sampling method was random sampling. The demographic data of the experts were first evaluated and after confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the relationship between self-esteem and stress with job success was analyzed by considering the mediating role of flattery in structural equation modeling. Data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. Based on the results, the mediating role of flattery in the relationship between self-esteem and job success was confirmed and the relationship between stress and job success was confirmed. According to the results obtained, people who have high self-esteem perform all their duties regularly and do not leave any room for complaints to higher levels, so they try to learn even with the help of other employees or go ahead with extra-organizational training to overcome your problems. On the other hand, these people consider their value and importance so high that they do not allow themselves to flatter their superiors.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of inclusive leadership on team voice and innovation. Thus the role of performance pressure in project teams in Iraq refineries has been analyzed. The present study is applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive-correlation study in terms of nature and method. The statistical population is the staff of project teams in Iraq refineries with 250 people. The statistical sample size is 148 people that were chosen based on Morgan's table and the questionnaires were distributed among them non-randomly based on their availability. The research instruments were standard questionnaires. To test the validity and the reliability of the questionnaire we used to face, divergent and convergent validity, and Cronbach’s alpha and combined reliability. Data analysis was done by structural equation modeling using SPSS and PLS3 software. Results of the study showed that team innovation is influenced by team voice, performance pressure, and inclusive leadership The framework of the present study is a guide for senior management of the petrochemical industry in Iraq to design strategic plans that can expand innovation and coordination in companies. A direct relationship between inclusive leadership and team voice was found. Also, the indirect effect of team voice on team innovation as well as its correlation with performance pressure indicate the importance of inclusive leadership in creating innovation and collaboration in organizations.

This study aims to provide a Gamification Driver Soft modelling of Learning Management Systems in Covid-19 Pandemic. By studying the theoretical foundations and experimental background and content analysis approach, eleven drivers were identified in the first phase. This study's statistical population consisted of Persian Gulf University (Bushehr) faculty members with appropriate empirical and theoretical knowledge in information systems scope. Fourteen of them were selected as sample members by purposeful judgmental sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by face content analysis method, and also the reliability was confirmed by inconsistency rate method. The collected data were analyzed by fuzzy interpretive structural modelling to design a Gamification Driver Soft modelling. The results showed that the driver of "learning opportunity", "appropriate design", "ease of use", "motivation" and "cooperation" which were placed in the lower levels of the model, as effective and root driver. Therefore, it is requisite to have more emphasis on these drivers when designing systems to motivate users resulting in the improvement of learning outcomes. It should be noted that the proposed research is innovative in terms of modelling Gamification driver in learning/teaching systems in the Covid- 19 pandemic. In today's digital age; ideas formation will not be possible without considering other facts in terms of emerging paradigms of technology. Gamification is a new concept of information systems in the motivational learning scope that if used in virtual learning guarantees its success as the critical element of training in the pandemic of Covid-19.

In today’s world, brands are known as the most important assets of companies thus, having loyal customers to the brand is the main goal of all companies. Because having a sense of loyalty to the brand indicates that the customer group has a positive view of a particular brand and willing to buy from the brand consecutively. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand engagement on brand loyalty with the mediating role of brand attachment and brand trust among tourists of Kojaro tourism website. The statistical population of the study was tourists of Kojaro website in Iran and the sample size was determined 384 people, using Cochran’s formula and the available method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used. The values obtained for Cronbach’s alpha confirm reliability of the questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was also confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. Data analysis was performed by structural equation method using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of the study indicate that brand engagement has an effect on brand loyalty and the mediating role of brand attachment and brand trust in the relationship between brand engagement and brand loyalty of tourists was confirmed.

    Purpose
The purpose of this research is to fit the agile strategy in education departments with the knowledge transformation approach using the partial least squares method.
    Methodology
The fitness of agile strategy in Fars education departments was adapted to the knowledge transformation approach with the partial least squares technique. Tool is questionnaire. The partial least squares structural equation technique in SMART PLS software is used in this research. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The population is all managers related to education and organizational decision-making in education and training, 173 people, based on the Morgan table, the statistical sample of the study was 119 people. A simple random method was used to sample the statistical population.
    Findings
Agility is divided into 5 main topics: maturity, visionary leadership, structural flexibility, knowledge-oriented and social orientation. Based on the results obtained from the structural equation model, the path coefficient in all hypotheses is higher than 0.3. The significance level in all hypotheses is less than 0.05 (0.000). With confidence of 0.95, it can be said that all the hypotheses were confirmed.
    Conclusion
De-complexity, community-oriented, and knowledge-oriented are also considered other pillars of agility Education, as a knowledge-creating organization, works in a coordinated and coordinated manner by creating an agile environment, and in this way, it provides the platform needed to increase the flow of information in order to create new knowledge and increase added value in its economic fields.

This study aims to validate a curriculum model of citizenship education for students with special educational needs (mental retardation or intellectual disability (ID) group). This is an applied-developmental study in terms of its purpose, and it is cross-sectional survey research in terms of the method and time frame of data collection. A semi-structured interview and a Likert scale questionnaire were used to collect the data. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. Convergent validity has also been used to validate the questionnaire. The statistical population in the qualitative part includes 24 experts in special curriculum planning and experts in the Special Needs Education Organization. Out of 182 people, 79 people were selected as the sample calculated based on Cochran's table with an error of 0.1. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, a Grounded Theory approach was used to identify the research indicators, and the structural equation modeling and SMART PLS software were used to validate and present the final model. The obtained results showed the importance of the practicality of citizenship education for students with special needs. The results also indicated the importance of the content of citizenship education and teaching methods. In terms of teaching and training methods, the formation of informal groups and supervision of group activities, learning by practice, and student-centered and collaborative teaching methods have been emphasized.
