The Holy Quran is the explanation of all issues. In between, there are issues that the human mind with all its capacities and abilities is incapable of understanding, and that is why the Holy Qur›an has introduced the Holy Prophet of Islam as its expositor. One of the issues in the Holy Qur›an that has long been a point of disagreement between Shia and Sunni commentators is the interpretation of the verses in which mention is made of the Ahl al-Zikr, and in the meantime, the commentators during the interpretation of verse 43 of Surah Nahl about the meaning of the word Ahl al-Zikr. have expressed differently. Because some examples of it have been arranged by scholars, people of the book and various other examples. But in the meantime, some people have considered the Ahl al-Zikr as the only Ahl al-Bayt of innocence and purity. Based on this, the present research with a descriptive-analytical method and citing library sources in order to explain the concept and examine the meaning of the verse, first referred to the dictionary to clarify the words and vocabulary of the problem and then to find the meaning of the term. He has discussed the verses of the Qur›an and hadiths, and finally, he has analyzed the issue from among different interpretations, and by comparing various sayings and hadiths from the Ahl al-Bayt of Immaculate and Purity, he has come to the conclusion that the most complete example for the meaning of the word Ahlul Zikr is the family of Immaculate.

After a prophet was sent among the Muslims and it became obligatory for the Muslims to obey him, and after the end of the Prophet›s mission due to the end of his life, the community cannot be left without an Imam and a Caliph, and on the other hand, the Caliph should also be fully knowledgeable. The rulings and answers to the questions of Muslims, and knowing that person is also an important issue, if we make a mistake in choosing it, the end result is nothing but destruction. Because the caliph of God›s Messenger has all the duties of a messenger except receiving and communicating revelation. On the other hand, the successor of the Prophet, who is obligatory to obey, is also obligatory to obey. Therefore, it is obligatory for every Muslim to know the Imam of his time and to follow him. To know the Imam, he must refer to the criteria and methods that are expressed by the intellect and Sunnah of the Prophet. Now, if a group makes a mistake in choosing the criteria, it has not reached the Imam›s knowledge and is in error. Therefore, the criteria for choosing the caliph should be checked so that the society does not get misled. Therefore, this article aims to examine the correct criteria for choosing a caliph with a library method and also by using descriptive and analytical topics. The result of this research is that it is the only school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Because he has used the right and correct criteria to choose the imam and did not allocate the position of installing the imam to the people and considers it a divine position.
