At the end of the course, the subjects of both experimental and control groups were tested again by the same questionnaires and blood pressure was measured using the same sphygmomanometer. The data were used by analysis of covariance to test the hypotheses. The results showed that stress-based mindfulness training reduces the desire for divorce, blood pressure and increases sexual fulfillment in betrayed women with high blood pressure (p<0.01). Mindfulness training increased sexual fulfillment and decreased desire for divorce and blood pressure.
