Examining the importance and influence of financial market companies is one of the main issues in the field of financial management because sometimes the collapse of a stock exchange company can affect an entire financial market. One systematic way to analyze the significance and impacts of companies is to use complex networks based on Interaction Graphs (IGs). There are different methods for quantifying the edge weight in an IG. In this method, the graph vertices represent the stock exchange companies that are connected by weighted edges (corresponding to the extent to which they relate to each other). In this paper, using the GARCH model (1,1) and the Clayton copula, we obtained the lower tail dependence interaction network of the first 52 companies of the Tehran Stock Exchange in terms of average market value, between June 2017 and October 2020. Then, based on the minimum spanning tree of the interaction network, we divided the companies into different communities. Using this classification, it was observed that the companies of the first group (Food Industry) and the second group (Oil Refinery) have the greatest impact on other companies. We also calculated the central indexes of the minimum spanning tree for each company. According to the results, the companies of the third group (Steel) have the highest average in the central indicators.

The purpose of this study is to develop the effectiveness of auditing professional judgment based on the mindset of auditors. In this study, to identify the components (auditing professional judgment) and research propositions (themes of auditors' mindfulness), meta-synthesis analysis was used with the participation of 12 experts and experts in the field of accounting and financial management at the university level. In the quantitative part, the identified components and propositions in the form of matrix questionnaires were evaluated by interpretive analysis by 18 auditors with work experience and a level of technical and specialized knowledge. The results showed that the statement of inferential mindfulness is the most influential theme of intuitive judgment in auditing, which can cause auditors to perform more effectively in professional judgment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of peripheral uncertainty on the relationship between the herd behavior of investors and the price of negative stock shock. Because the capital market is one of the main pillars of the country's economic growth and development, the incidence of any disturbance and deviation in prices causes problems with allocating and equipping funds. Reducing stock prices is an example of the disorders created in the capital market. On the other hand, one of the factors that lead to the fluctuations of return and instability of financial markets is the herd behavior of investors. If investors lack sufficient information about environmental factors, environmental uncertainty occurs. Such a situation also affects the organization. Environmental uncertainty overshadowed the use of financial statements. Changes in stock prices and corporate status are cases that can not speak in full confidence in their occurrence. As a result, environmental uncertainty is part of the economic environment. To test the research hypotheses, 156 companies from the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2020 were selected by screening method. To test the hypotheses, multivariate regression models were performed using STATA14 software. The results indicate that herd behavior has a significant effect on price shock and environmental uncertainty has no effect on the relationship between the two.

The certainty about retirement income is dependent on the longevity and the selected investment policy by individuals during their working years. Attention to longevity and investment risks is of high significance in making enough income for retirees. In this research, the impact of the objective formulation selection on investment decisions has been investigated. Two functions including terminal wealth objective formulation and retirement income objective formulation are applied to investigate these decisions. Based on the investment alternatives, 5 asset classes including Equity, Certificate of deposit (cash), real estate investment trust (REIT), gold coin, and foreign exchange have been selected for investment. According to the complexity of modeling in the aforementioned functions, the Metaheuristic Genetic algorithm has been used. The results are indicative of the importance of objective formulation selection. The retirement income objective function has the nature of more wealth accumulation and more control over economic and market turbulences through higher cooperation in investment and as a result, it has been recommended as the optimal function.

Protecting the interests of shareholders is considered one of the main pillars of any capital market, which, while increasing the level of financial transparency, prevents the loss of their interests to those in power in companies. Consistency of laws and regulations on the one hand and the effectiveness of the corporate governance system in supervising the financial and legal operations of the company is considered important factor in respecting contracts and supporting the investments of minority and majority shareholders of companies, which makes investors confident in protecting their investments. Governance structural keywords in the corporate governance system can lead to Investor Protection by arranging effective board oversight mechanisms and motivating investors to have confidence in the structures of capital market companies. The purpose of this study is to interpret Investor Protection under the existence of a Governance Civilization based on interpretive prioritization analysis. In this study, theoretical screening based on similar studies was used to identify the components (Investor Protection) and research propositions (themes of corporate governance civilization). Then, in order to determine the reliability of research components and propositions through the participation of 14 experts and experts in the field of accounting and financial management, Delphi analysis was used. In the quantitative part, the components and propositions identified in the form of matrix questionnaires were evaluated by interpretive analysis by 20 managers of the top 50 companies of the Tehran Stock Exchange in 2009. The results showed that the proposition of sociocracy is considered the most influential theme of corporate governance civilization in capital market companies, which strengthens the effectiveness of internal control as a component of protecting the interests of shareholders. This result shows that the theme of sociocracy enables corporate governance mechanisms by promoting the level of sharing and participatory discourses to increase the effectiveness of board oversight, strengthen the weaknesses of internal controls to enhance the effectiveness of control over financial performance, and enrich the capacity to build trust and confidence in the performance of companies.
