The belief in the existence of the world of intellect as a real world independent from the matter and its rules and mentally-constituted is of a significant impact on human knowledge in Prepatetic philosophy, illuminationism and transcendent theosophy. According to Avicenna, human knowledge fails without a separated and sacred intellect and the process of knowledge in all of its stages needs emanation of such an entity. The relationship between the Soul and the Active Intellect is of action/passion structure. Active Intellect is on action while human soul is of passion. Keeping the place and role of the intellectual argument, Suhrewardi passes it and considers intuition and intellectual visions as the decisive proof. According to Mulla Sadra’s epistemology, human perception comes true through the relation which is established between the soul and this immaterial entity independent from human soul. The world of intellects, thus, plays a significant role in all existential and epistemic levels of Muslim thinkers. In this essay, we seek to assay the world of intellect in the domains of cosmology and epistemology using a descriptive-analytic method in the context of the works of such great men of thought as Avicenna, Suhrewardi and Mulla Sadra in order to reach a convincing answer regarding the question at stake.

Speech and mysticism in mystical texts have an intensely remarkable compatibility and inseparability with one another. The science of speech aims to explore the belief principles and Islamic mysticism is based on its shariat and principles. However, the way to acquiring the truth in mysticism and speech is different. In Islamic speech the indispensability of prophecy has been given an explanation of kindness based on some reasons but Islamic mysticism has regarded the prophet as being an absolute reflection of Allah's grand name and as a result has necessitated his presence amongst people. Based on this, the mystic and speaker’s view points towards the distrust in the mentioned verse are different. The speakers conceive of the suspicion in these verses as being associated with prophets’ chastity but mystics, by believing in the various depths of verses and utilizing the tools of discovery and intuition, regard the connection to blaspheming the prophet as the principle of completion of prophet hood, they refrain from disbelieving and behold the elevation of prophet’s dignity.

The acquaintance of each human being with his own “Self” and its understanding always preoccupies human mind, because the answer to this question gives meaning to human life. This essay which has been authored using qualitative method and based on a fundamental analysis seeks to give an answer to the what-ness of human nature from the point of views of two renowned philosophers in Islamic world and western world. Mulla Sadra and Heidegger have both spoken of man and the related issues. Heidegger discusses man in order to know Being while Mulla Sadra intends to being with human knowledge in order to understand God as the Absolute Existence and the Truth of Existence. According to Mulla Sadra, human truth is not knowable because of some reasons and thus, what the philosophers state do not reflect his truth though can express human properties. He offers two types of essential definitions of man. In first definition, following the classic philosophers, he defines man as the rational anima and In the second definition, in the wake of the mystics, he founds his own essential definition of man on principles doctrines and Man as the Central Element of All Existential Spheres. But Heidegger in his analysis of man refers to two points, first, our main question of man should not be concerned with human nature, rather we should ask of “human who-ness”; it is in this case that we have asked a question of human existence. Secondly, defining man as the rational animal though is not an incorrect definition by no means can be appropriate for expressing human nature. According to Heidegger, human nature lies in his existence (Da-sein). Man is the only being who has the state of “ex-sistence”, i.e. open toward Being. Thus, man is the place where Being reveals itself. It seems that what Heidegger has expressed regarding the “who-ness” of man and the property that distinguishes him from other entities as compared to the definition offered by Mulla Sadra is just concerned with one aspect of human being and for this reason, it does not contain all human features and the definition is not of the whole human existence.

In the eyes of the Qur'an, appeal to the divine saints is: the means of placing the divine nature, appeal to the prayers of the divine saints, and appeal to the divine saints themselves in order to determine the fulfillment of needs. The third part of the appeal to divine saints can be analyzed and examined from the perspective of supreme wisdom, and the sages of supreme wisdom believe: this type is not only not in contradiction with the monotheism of verbs, but it is completely in accordance with the arrangement of the system of existence and the divine saints become the channel of will.In the logic of the Qur'an, divine saints have the power to intercede and influence if they are authorized by God Almighty, and in the view of the wisdom of God Almighty, intercession is the light of existence that shines from God Almighty on the jewels and mediators between him and other creatures, and through this radiation, the defects of possibilities will be compensated In this article, with a descriptive and analytical method, he first presented a new explanation of the types of recourse and intercession from the perspective of the Qur'an; Secondly, we have clarified the opinion of the Supreme Wisdom in this regard, and thirdly, we have answered an important doubt in the field of appeal and asking for intercession, which was raised based on the principles of the Supreme Wisdom and has not yet been answered

One of the proofs for the existence of God is the Seddiqin argument. The Seddiqin argument is the argument of the transcendant philosophy to prove the existence of the supreme necessity in the way of reflection on the truth of existence. The advantage of this argument over other arguments is that none of Creatures are not used to prove the existence of God. Undoubtedly, one of the distinctions of Islamic philosophers from the era of Farabi until now, in front of other Islamic thinkers, is in proving the necessity of transcendence of their Seddiqin arguments. But what is hidden in this argument and what is its criterion? Which is preferred over other arguments. In this article, it is found that Farabi, Ibn Sina, Mulla Sadra and Allameh Tabataba'i have introduced a standard for Seddiqin argument. Or that each of them has considered a special method and which method is superior and more complete in proving Seddiqin argument. From the point of view of the transcendant philosophy, the superiority of Seddiqin argument over other arguments of God's existence is due to advantages such as: the objectivity of the path with the purpose, no need for distant falsification, and the sequence and proof of the attributes of the almighty, and that each of the wisdom texts, to prove Siddiqin's argument, is inspired from the verses of the Qur'an Karim.

Lately, the classical schools of Islamic theology are generally associated with various modern movements such as Neo-Kharijites and Neo-Mu'tazilites especially in terms of their negative influence. This paper aims at critically analyzing the way in which modern Muslim scholars claim the legacy of the classical Mu‘tazilite school. It specifically offers a critical overview of the spirit and contents of both early Islamic movements. It is attempted to draw a more objective picture of the classical Mu‘tazilite school, based on their primary sources. The Indonesian Harun Nasution is taken as an example of a Neo-Mu‘tazilite scholar. This paper argues that the original Mu’tazilite spirit is not accurately represented by Harun Nasution. The Mu‘tazilite was the first theological school who tried to defend and preserve the original teachings of Islam in the face of the many challenges of their time. Today, the Mu‘tazilite school is often misrepresented by portraying it as a purely rationalistic school and liberal thought. It is the view of the author that the misrepresentation of the Mu‘tazilite school as being a radical school of thought that propagated liberal society solely guided by reason, will bring bad consequence to the understanding and development of Muslim society in general. It can be either giving opportunity to the rise of liberal society with the claim of past root of the history of Muslims as occurred in Nasution’s case or rejecting reason from being important source of knowledge acknowledged by Islam.

Since the onset of intellectual development, belief and faith have played a natural part in human institutions, either rightly and intentionally or subconsciously and by imitation. The rise of schools, faiths, and other religions has been attributed to this. The masses of people frequently form their beliefs based on mindless imitation, while the elites, who truly serve as the leaders of various masses, frequently adapt and convey their opinions based on knowledge and research. The issue of reason, to which most philosophers and intellectuals have attempted to find a solution, is unquestionably one of the fundamental problems of the human mind. One of the Islamic philosophers, Sadr al- Mutalahin Shirazi, also known by the moniker Mullah Sadra, was able to synthesize the philosophy of the Masha'i and the Ishraqis and adapt it to Islamic teachings in a way that resolved the fundamental issues that the sages of the Masha'i and the Ishragi were facing. Mulla Sadra integrated the three approaches of self-improvement, revelation, and reason. This strategy had a significant part in developing religious knowledge and philosophical ideas. The current study uses a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze Mulla Sadra's theories and establish the role and levels of reason in transcendental knowledge.

Maulavi is a great and pious mystic who has done a great service to the society by educating many students in the era when many people have turned to mysticism in worldly troubles and has educated them through parables and stories in the form of poetry. He has tried to remove the differences from the minds of his students by expressing mystical topics such as the unity of being(Sufi metaphysics) and being and negation of duality in the order of existence, and has helped them on the way to reach human perfection and the higher stages of mysticism. In the Masnavi, relying on the use of common sense and giving importance to it in the school of love is also a negation of imitation and not following narration(Naql). In Maulavi's mystical education, a person should reach the truth by strengthening his intellectual foundation and recognizing the intellect as a part of the general intellect, and the way to do this, is to welcome the preceptor (Pir and Murad) and follow his teachings and avoid imitating without research.
