Coronavirus is one of the main pathogens that targets the human respiratory system in the first place and since common treatments for coronavirus, including hydroxychloroquine are mostly symptomatic, so the aim of this study was to evaluate the coronavirus and salt intake. Articles in Medline searched using the keywords Respiratory infection and Coronavirus, COVID-19 and salt. The virus is highly contagious, dangerous and poses a great threat to the health and safety of the world, and its spread must prevented immediately. The corona pandemic seems to be able to build a new lifestyle. This can be a starting point for changing the eating behaviors of East Asians and even the people of the world. On the other hand, in addition to the new approach to the role of nutrition in etiology and treatment of diseases in traditional medicine, salt is one of the essential substances for the body that used in the treatment of more than 40 diseases, including treatment of infection and prevents infection in the blood. The findings suggest that increasing the pH plays an important role in the therapeutic performance of drugs used in modern medicine in the treatment of Coronavirus, which salt also creates a similar mechanism. It targets the gastrointestinal tract and muscles and undersexed people at risk. It can conclude that salt that has a temperature of 4 degrees can probably be effective in reducing cold nature of the lungs and other organs.

Alopecia areata is a typical non-scarring alopecia that happens in 0.1-0.2% of everybody and records for 0.7-3% of all cases found in dermatology practice. A vital quantitative examination of Minoxidil and Finasteride was created in Bulk and pharmaceutical measurement structure with precise, and sensitive stability indicating high performance thin layer chromatographic (HPTLC) technique. The chromatographic improvement was done on the HPTLC plates precoated with silica gel 60 F254 utilizing a mobile phase of n-butanol: TEA (10:0.1v/v) as versatile stage. Detection was completed densitometrically at 223 nm. The Rf estimation of medication was seen as 0.22 ± 0.24 for Minoxidil and 0.63 ± 0.65 for Finasteride. The technique was approved according to the ICH rule concerning linearity, accuracy, precision and robustness. The calibration curve was seen as straight over a scope of 6000-24000 ng/band for Minoxidil and 200-800 ng/band for Finasteride with a regression coefficient of 0.9972 For Minoxidil and 0.998 for finasteride. The % recovery was found 98-101.92% for Minoxidil and 98.42-101.68% for Finasteride. Forced degradation studies like acid hydrolysis, base hydrolysis, oxidation, dry heat and photolytic degradation were performed. The degradation products obtained were well resolved from the pure drugs with significantly different Rf values. The proposed technique could viably isolate the medications from its degradation products just as from excipients. The proposed TLC technique has expected subjective just as quantitative applications for synchronous estimation of minoxidil and finasteride in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form.

The aim of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and participatory practice of Husbands, pregnant women referring to public maternity hospitals in Qom about the role of father in 2015. The type of research was descriptive and analytical. The data were collected using questionnaire. 226 fathers were randomly selected in government maternity hospitals in Qom. The information related to this study was described after entering the SPSS software using central indicators and dispersion and statistical tables. In the data analysis section, Pearson test and analysis of variance were used. The results revealed that although the mean of knowledge of the subjects was moderate, the mean of participation was high and there was no significant relationship between the variable of participation and the variable of knowledge among the respondents. Men's understanding of the concept and role of fatherhood in Iran is also changing and fathers, while adhering to traditional plans, have accepted new roles such as presence with the child, emotional support and family participation. However, there seems to be a long way to go before men become a real conscious and participatory father. It is expected that by providing sufficient knowledge, skills and support, fathers can be helped to cope more easily with their fatherly roles and responsibilities and participate more actively in child rearing.

The medicinal plant has been in perpetual use as a traditional medicine in most Asian and African countries. One such plant is Desmostachya bipinnata Linn., a perennial plant of Poaceae family, which has been widely used to treat some infectious diseases. The screening of this plant revealed substantial phytochemicals such as flavonoids, alkaloids, glycosides and other constituents, which possess a wide range of biological activities such as anti-ulcerogenic, anti-helicobacter, anti-inflammatory and other antimicrobial activity. The major compounds found in D. bipinnata are L-limonene, camphene, β-eudesmol, trycin-7-glucoside and trycin. So far, research on this plant demonstrated that, the isolated compounds are safe for human use. However, further activities of the phytochemicals and their medicinal aspects needs to be studied so that more new compounds can be identified, which can be used for the treatment of different bacterial infections. This review is an attempt to comprise all the study of plant phytochemical and antimicrobial properties.

Recently, infectious diseases have increased enormously, causing a major threat to public health despite the marvelous progress in the medicinal chemistry. Fused pyrazole derivatives are having a wide range of pharmacological activities, playing a vital role as potential therapeutic agents in various pathological conditions. In the present study, novel fused pyrazoles derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for protein kinase inhibition, antioxidant, and antimicrobial activities. 3-Methyl-5-pyrazolone was first prepared by treating ethyl acetoacetate with hydrazine hydrate in absolute ethanol. Then it was treated with different aromatic aldehydes (benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, vanillin, 4-diamethylaminobanzaldehyde, and cinnamaldehyde) to form benzylidene derivatives of pyrazoles. These substituted pyrazoles were then treated with hydrazine and phenylhydrazine to produce fused pyrazole ring systems. The synthesized compounds were purified by recrystallization, and then characterized using the spectroscopic techniques. All the compounds exhibited moderate antibacterial activity. Antioxidant potential was determined by three methods and most of the compounds exhibited good antioxidant potential. Two compounds including, 5a and 5e demonstrated protein kinase inhibitory activity. The results indicated that, the fused pyrazoles ring systems possess prominent biological properties.

This study discussed the prediction of tautomerization manner of the 1,4-bis(methane sulfonyloxy)butane in chemical reactions with an excellent and accurate quantum methods in gas phase. H transition and H migration for the O-H to nearby C=S was theoretically elaborated. The thione tautomer isomer structure formation was investigated as a novel work in recent years. The accurate energy of optimized molecule structures in gas-phase was surveyed by two basis sets of 6-31++G(d) and 6-31++G (d,p) to determine the best reactivity in the biochemical and chemical media. According to the defined computational results, the 1,4-bis(methane sulfonyloxy)butane has been followed by three reactions. Activation and formation energy of reaction was calculated and showed logical way to tautomerization manner. Three predicted reactions state that dissociation of 1,4-bis(methane sulfonyloxy)butane to alkene and sulfonyloxy functional groups is more occruable than tautomer transition in chemical and biochemical media.

In this descriptive-correlational study, 1854 couples with cancer participated in inpatient wards in Denmark, Sweden and Iran. To collect the data, a family performance questionnaire was used, assessing the performance of families in the dimensions of problem solving, communication, maps, emotional companionship, emotional association, behavior control and overall performance. All couples participating in this study reported their family performance in all relatively appropriate dimensions. There was a statistically significant relationship between the patients' views on overall family functioning and age of marriage and the age of the eldest child. Although the family functioning of cancer patients is relatively good, more attention should be paid to counseling services for the family and their family members. As the family is the primary source of care and support for cancer patients. In general, the need to consider the whole family unit as a client is one of the necessities of providing nursing care and family-centered support for cancer patients.
