The aim of the current research was to design and validate an electronic learning environment model based on educational neuroscience (knowledge of the mind, brain and education). The method of this mixed research was an exploratory design. First, various sources were examined and the components of the cognitive educational model were determined using the content analysis method. Then, using the Delphi method and the opinions of the judges, the components were finally approved. The statistical population in the content analysis section consisted of experts in the field of educational neuroscience, written and electronic documents and resources from domestic and foreign databases, and in the Delphi section, experts in the field of educational technology and distance learning. To search for and find all the articles related to e-learning based on neuroscience, a systematic review method was used to identify, review, evaluate and analyze the articles. This systematic review was carried out using the prism method. The selection of samples in both sections was purposeful and in the content analysis section there were 22 specialists and experts for interviews and in the Delphi section there were 15 specialists from different universities and institutions in Iran, the Netherlands and AmericThe analysis of the data obtained from the qualitative interview was also done using the inductive content analysis method and in the Delphi section using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. According to the content analysis, six categories of attention, Generation and communication, Emotion, Spacing learning, Individual-environmental factors and social factors were obtained. Also, 17 sub-components were extracted for the main classes. After analyzing the content and extracting the codes, the components and sub-components were presented in the form of a template. The results of internal validation based on experts' opinion have shown that the provided educational model has high internal validity and has the necessary effectiveness for teaching fifth grade students

The purpose of this article is identification of factors which have significant effects on the perceived value of educational services by students’ parents in Iran educational system. Furthermore, we explore the role these factor play on the evaluation of educational services by parents. The statistical population of this study includes the parents of students of all secondary private schools in Tehran at the year 2021 and 800 parents were selected using random sampling. The research tool is a questionnaire with 62 statements which were identified using interviews by experts. We collected 300 questionnaires after calculating validity and reliability. We used Principal Components Analysis (PCA) in order to extract factors with highest degree of determining power. Using four identified principal components, we run a linear regression for testing the significance of these factors. Our results show that all of four factors i.e. functional, social, emotional and epistemic value have significant impact on the perceived values by parents in Iran educational system.

This article presents a theory using an interpretive approach to explore the role of counseling and psychological services in empowering women in management and leadership positions at universities. The study systematically examines this role through data collected from 22 participants, including students, staff, professors, and female university managers, from Kurdistan University in Sanandaj and Salah al-Din University in Erbil. Participants were purposefully selected, and data was gathered via semi-structured interviews. Analysis involved a novel method and continuous comparative analysis through three-stage theoretical coding. This process identified 300 open codes, 35 central codes, and seven selective codes: mental ability, economic ability, political ability, social ability, group ability, physical ability, and academic ability. The findings revealed that empowerment is a process rather than a product. For counseling and psychological service programs to be effective, all individuals involved in the empowerment process must have a clear understanding of its requirements and methods. Ultimately, the success of these efforts is likely determined by the women themselves. While empowerment is crucial within universities, creating a positive organizational atmosphere and a supportive culture that fosters spontaneous empowerment among female students, employees, and managers is equally important. Moreover, establishing empowerment initiatives strengthens the move towards university independence and reinforces the perception of higher education institutions as unique entities with distinct cultures. The study also highlights the importance of context and situational factors in implementing empowerment, emphasizing the need to avoid applying models that do not align with cultural contexts. Finally, university administrators must be personally committed to empowering women in management and leadership roles before any efforts can be successful.

Subsequently, teachers' perceptions of the concept of "Teaching to Transgress" in secondary schools were analyzed. The qualitative research approach and in particular the Phenomenographical strategy was used. The research field was secondary school teachers (government, normal, gifted, exemplary and non-selective) in Sanandaj city. Therefore, teachers of several secondary schools in the city were included as research participants. The sampling was done purposively. Finally, to achieve maximum diversity and to reach the category of theoretical data saturation with 16 teachers, the charter of semi-structured interviews and sending written questions to the teachers and their responses in the form of texts were continued. The method of data analysis was also carried out using the three-stage method of thematic analysis (open, central and selective).  The results of the study show that the components of transgression teaching in secondary schools are as follows engaging class, progressive teaching, teaching full of amazement, transformational education, valuing desire, enthusiasm in learning, changing the name and position of teachers, developing Students' sense of agency and creation with peers is learning. Also, the challenges teaching to Transgress included the violation of school arrangements, the academic decline of teachers and the school, and the deprivation of school management support. Finally, the consequences teaching to Transgress for schools include improving the status of knowledge based on new perspectives, revolution in educational culture, creating a diverse educational context, strengthening the relationship of teachers with marginalized and oppressed communities, the emergence of independent thinking and analysis, and evolution in evaluation and valuation.

This study delved into the dynamics between social capital and human capital and their influence on the knowledge management practices of teachers in Tehran, Iran. The researchers adopted a random sampling method, selecting 214 participants, and administered three standardized questionnaires to collect data. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The findings of the study revealed that social capital did not have a significant impact on knowledge management. The researchers attributed this to the presence of a weak culture of teamwork among Iranians, a subject they elaborated on extensively in their article. However, the second hypothesis indicated that social capital significantly influenced human capital, while the third hypothesis demonstrated that human capital had a substantial effect on knowledge management. The fourth hypothesis proposed that social capital influenced knowledge management through the mediating role of human capital, and this effect was found to be significant. These research findings highlight the distinct roles played by social and human capital in knowledge management, with human capital emerging as the more influential factor. Moreover, the study not only explored the direct relationship between social capital and human capital but also emphasized the mediating function of knowledge management within these associations. This novel perspective can enhance our comprehension of methods to enhance human capital within organizations by harnessing the potential of social capital and effective knowledge management
