    This article, referring to contradiction of ethic codes in media, attributes this problem to injustice application of language in media, and argues that the usage of unjust language in media is the main cause and origin of this phenomenon. Introducing critical linguistics and its focus on application of language in different texts, some definitions of language by linguists have been mentioned. Describing functions of language and media, the language use in media to represent the realities is examined. The main goal of this article is to evaluate the concept of Discrimination and bias in media language versus justice-oriented language in media, and through different examples of media texts, discriminative using of language including ethnic and gender discrimination in media is explained. Persuasive communications exemplifies justice application of language in media.     This article is based on a scientific research on the skills of using ICT among academic staff members of different universities in which the relationship between the Academic Staff-Members’ Outlooks towards ICT and Their Abilities in Using Virtual Media was examined. The research was carried out in According to the hypotheses examined in this project, there is a meaningful relationship the Academic Staff-Members’ Outlooks towards ICT and Their Abilities in Using Virtual Media. The research also proved that the ability of staff members are different depending on the the university in which they work. However no meaningful relationship was found between the place of their work an their views towards ITC. According to the research the overall views of staff members towards ITC is positive and in spite of the differences between the facilities available at the two faculties, the ability of their staff members in using virtual media is almost the same and stands at a medium level. According to the results, it was obvious that in case of applicable fields of Information & Communication Technologies and with regard to positive attitude of professors and positive effects and special application of these instruments in university training they have an important role in academic training which will lead to positive changes in these fields.

    This article is based on a survey in which the effect of Socio-economic status of families on the way of using the internet by pupils has been studied. Statistical unit of the research is high school students in Hamedan city in the year 87-88; & 380 number of students were chosen as Echantillonnage en grappes based on Cochran form ula. The method of the research is Survey & it’s tool is questionnaire. Results of the research show that students from high social class because of more vast general knowledge, knowing more, English language & accessibility & using of high speed internet, have more knowledge about various use of the internet & using the internet scientifically & innovatively. It seems taht the members of this social class because of being satisfied emotionally in the real world, use the internet less for making emotional relations with the opposite sex. While the students belonged to low-social class because of lack of being satisfied with such needs in real world & also because of the possibility of hiding & showing their social characteristics the other way around on the internet are mostly interested in emotional communicating & making friendship in using the internet.

    After the 20 shahrivar events in Iran and by the decline of of Pahlavism the political and social forces released from tyranny poured into scene and attempted to reorganize the Iranian Society. In this regard, Iranian Society witnessed the confrontation between nationalist, Political –religious, and Marxist groups. In a situation like this every group was trying to highlight its own discourse and push the OTHHERS into margin. It was in this environment that the Tudeh Party managed to build a powerful base for its discourse. It is the objective of this article to evaluate the image portrayed by pro-Tudeh Party newspapers between 1331-1329 of OTHERS for their readers.The review of these newspapers shows that Jebheye Melli(national Front) under Mosadeq leadership was the main target for these attacks.This paper argues that keywords and concepts such as nation, National Government, Law, Progress and development, Democracy, Independent, Security and peace were the most important ones misused and highjack by Tudeh party by which the Party managed to build a positive image of SELF challenging the OTEHRS.

    With the globalization of information, expanding technological developments and enhancing soft aspect of power and war in today’s world, the role of US Think Tanks for regulating public policies toward soft and hard confrontation with Iran has been heightened. These Think Tanks with using experts and also former and current officials, have taken four approaches to change Iranian political system: Compromise (pursuing Iran for cooperation); war (destroying nuclear facilities); change from within (subversion); and deterrence (containing Iran). This article is an attempt to answer this question that What media mechanisms the US Think Tanks use for operationalizing soft war against Iran? In this regard, after introducing the most important Think Tanks in US, the article examines their media mechanisms for confronting Iran; because media is one of the most critical areas of operationalizing soft war.

    On the basis of theoretical framework of connection between religion and art٫ we can observe that the Razavi culture and cinema are moving in the same directions and share some common goals. In fact these same directions facilitate the interactions between them. This article argues that these similarities can be seen in the following areas: “both of them have attitude about religion” ٫”they make culture”٫ “they make human” ٫ “they are moralist” ٫ “they are symbolist and tend to mystery” and “their work are communication”. Hence we can expand the interactions between them. It means on one side٫ cinema serves the Razavi culture and give it some tools and means by transferring the Razavi thought and true knowledge٫ introducing Imam Reza’s Imamat and personality, explaining the individual behavior of Imam Reza, showing the social behavior of Imam Reza, introducing the spiritual dimensions of Imam Reza, and introducing the pilgrimage culture and cultural heritage. On the other side٫ we can classify the impacts of the Razavi culture on the attitude of the cinema in areas such as strengthening the beliefs and the value of human, distributing tending to spirituality, giving new and documentary subjects, and giving the model in comparison to cultural invasion.

Editorial Writing is an art, techniques and knowledge that its functions includes spreading information, bringing change, promoting thinking, propaganda, safeguarding democracy, Creating Art, Public Relations and memorials. This Article is an attempt to offer a definition of editorial and its functions and also explain the impact of editorial through Chain Model. The other objective of this article is to examine the mechanisms by which we can improve editorial writing. In doing this the author will discuss 101 tips and points proved to be helpful for editorial writing bearing in mind different factors including goal time and space in which it occurs.
