    Banking operations indispensably involve risks. The risks to which banks ore exposed, take effect from nature of their activities, and specific characteristics of this financial structure. A vulnerable and unstable banking system can discriminate all macroeconomic output in. industrialized and developing countries, upset the transitory economics. Broad distribution and excessively high cost of banking system have caused rise to coordinated actions with the purpose of promotion of stability and confidence coefficient of banking system. This article is an effort for a survey of supervisory systems of banking system in England, Japan, Malaysia and India to be examined and afterword, the supervisory methods applied in those countries have been compared to those in Iran. The supervisory method utilized in a majority of advanced countries, is the risk based supervisory system. This is with the supervisory method system in Iran is a comparative type. The performed evaluation has indicated that the supervision method in ensuring financial health of banking used in our country is not sufficiently effective to provide financial soundness of banking system.The comparative supervision of the way applied in Iran has been implemented, by using bank health indicators. The result from the evaluation indicated, that the supervision method vas not effective enough to ensure financial health of banks in our country.

    Performance improvement of government organizations requires the availability of a proper model of performance evaluation, this is because realization the objective of governmental organizations shall not be possible without the availability of a proper comprehensive model of evaluation and revision of plan is not possible, and organizations shall fail to realize an effective management shall fail to realize an effective management of implementation plan without taking activity results in to consideration. Different models have been suggested concerning management of organizational performance having their own strong and weak points, and each having taken certain aspects in to consideration on organization. The aforesaid models evaluate on organization from various aspects, and provide proper tools of performance evaluation of modern organizations. Considering research literature and models of excellence balanced score cased, Malcolm baldridge clinical dominance, authentication, and ISO models of health treatment sector. In this research the aforesaid approaches were defined, and after wards, method of their application in educational medical treatment centers (hospitals) of Tehran were studied. It is noteworthy that the statistical sample of the current study consists of 32 educational hospitals in Tehran.

    Corruption is capable of paralyzing governments, Voiding Public foundation, and private companies of their reputation, and has a destructive effect on the rights of human beings in a society, and thus it will destroy society, and its development. Various packages of plans, Means, and policies have been developed to have a Control on manifestations, and causes of corruption depending on the kind, and definition of the country, and there is a broad literature in this area, and the most important among in which are constitutionalization of supervision with in political system, development of civil society, increase, in responsiveness of political authorities, increase in competition within economy, mortification of Public administration, and public finance. In this research we introduce social marketing as a way the effectiveness of which has been in the other schemes for the promotion of public participation been established. Social marketing can have a considerable contribution to the creation of the of the environment in which the public hinder commitment of corruption, and violation, etc, and it may play a significant role in engagement of the public through the promotion of their awareness of corruption costs, sustained by a nation, increase of responsiveness of the Public, identification of the obstructions on the way of public participation. In this study the goal of research is to propose proper strategies of social marketing to Inspection General Organization for the promotion of public participation. In this principle, it can be said in fact that the ultimate purpose is to introduce social marketing in to the trend of campaigning administrative violation in Iran.

    This article has been taking from the research which aim is to examine the impact of training on decision-making skills of inspection managers in Tehran Municipality. In this present research, the validity of questionnaire after editing the checklists of supervisory system duties and using the ideas of experts and doing the editing, seen by professor and advisor and approved by him after doing the final editing. The reliability of questionnaire is prepared and measured by using the Coefficient of interior equality of questions formula (Cronbach Alpha) and its value calculated to 925 percent. After gathering the data of questionnaire, Data are analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. And also passing training courses besides working can improve decision- making skills of managers, and also the results shown that, in inspection manager›s opinion, those 5 options (1.Power of systematic problem solving, 2-Ability to gain experience from the success of others and using a new solution, 3-Learning from the previous and present experience, 4-Using the pattern of successful companies, 5-Rapid and effective transfer of knowledge at all organizational levels) can also improve decision-making skills of them. In conclusion there is no significant difference in the averages of inspection manager›s decision-making according to their degree.

    Money laundering is a process that proceeds and revenues obtained from illegal activities becomes legitimate and convert to legal money and goes in economic through it. Money laundering causes economic corruption in societies and prevents their economic expansion and development. Those countries that don’t have proper mechanisms and financial controls or perform them weakly, allow money launderers, laundering their illegal proceeds through using structural weaknesses or gaps and weakness in their organizational or regulations. Since gain dirty money and laundering it, is an illegal activity and have many negative consequences on societies’ economic combating has considered global society and countries has approved special acts and regulations. Also international organizations have provided guidelines and recommendations and have done activities in order to fighting against this economic crime. To increase global attempts, plenty of international conventions and regulations as well as countries tendency to apply global guidelines for money laundering show importance and serious threats from it in nowadays. In spite of, Iran’ positive actions against money laundering in recent years, further measures should be performed yet such as; improvement of international cooperation for tracing dirty money flows, increasing banking system’ transparency, developing electrical structures, training employers and managers, consolidating banks customer’ financial information system and etc. In this paper first we discuss money laundering phenomenon and its impacts, and then we introduce international measures and international organizations combating it. Finally review Iran’ actions for fighting money laundering and provide some recommendations for improving it.

    Present research study the impacts of social capital on job satisfaction among managers and employees at General Inspection Organization (GIO). This is an applied research and a descriptive and survey-type one. It is also called correlation research in terms of studying the relations between two or more variables. Freedman’s tests, test by Kolomogorov – Smirnov, T-test as well as correlation coefficient are all used in present research. All assumptions on the possible existence of a significant relationship between mutual trust, common networks norms, mutual assistance, integration, sympathy, mutual respect, collective identity and voluntarily contribution and job satisfaction were confirmed. Onesample t-test indicated that the average of mutual trust, common norms, assistance, sympathy/communication, voluntarily contribution and social capital scores in studied population is higher than four. They are ranked by using Freedman’s social capital factors.

    Health and wellbeing is undoubtedly one of the most important rights of every human and in this manner a healthy and pollution-free environment will be critical in ensuring this health. Thus one of the government›s obligations is to preserve and protect nation›s environment, and in order to ensure this various institutions and structures, and policies have been created and a lot of costs have been spent. Because of Its duty, Islamic Republic of Ian much more than other states feel the myriad of laws and regulations, such as the Fourth Economic, Social and Cultural. but These efforts was not enough and had little efficacy. So General Inspection Organization planned many inspection plans and practices to control and pathology the implementation of that laws. The result of this effort is to emerge several inspection reports from relevant agencies and cities on air pollution and the environment. The importance of the subject and the obligation of General Inspection Organization to transparency it was decided to publish a summary of that report in a paper. So in this paper, for brevity and systematic review of the research our view has focused on two main institutions; One charge of the fight against pollution and the other is charge of preset environmental standards for air pollutants, the oil ministry. The main institutions responsible combating air pollution in big polluted cities of Iran which are suffering from this problem are also examined.
