    The main objective of this paper is to review administrative -organization barriers of media supervision on governmental organizations. This research is an explorative applied type, and uses questionnaires, and deep interviews as tools for collecting information, and recognizing the barriers of media supervision. The results show the followings as the most important barriers of media supervision within the governmental organizations: -Non- recognition of the public right for being informed of organizational issues -Possessory look of organizations for their Information, -Closing the meeting of governmental organizations on the media, -Perception the managers of governmental organization, about the critical approach of the media, and intermingle of personal and organizational interests with national interests by the managers.

    Globalization is a concept embedding social, political, and economic dimensions, which have been summarized by Mac. Luhan in the compression of time and place in to human affairs. The main objective of this study is to analyze the management of human resources, and the impacts of globalization on it. The research methodology is descriptive, and analytical. In this research no special tool of that kind which is used in field research was used.However; some forms were used for collecting information, and making conclusion on the basis of related studies. Whereas, the data of the research were qualitative, qualitative analysis was used for analyzing and concluding.The collections and findings of human resources are categorized beneath management in its general meaning, and its objective is to manage personnel to reach competitive status. Regarding the impacts of globalization on the activities and processes of human resources management, we have to outline the acceleration of activities and process of human resources by using electronic system of human resources management, incorporation of multinational companies, etc.

    The main objective of this research is to present an ideal and functional framework for strategic organizational control. The analysis of inferential and descriptive contents, and ideal modeling were selected as the research strategies. After defining the objective, questions, methodology and theoretical fundamentals of the research, three main steps as mentioned below were taken in this paper: -Study and analysis the contents of different views, and models for determining control applications. -Designing ideal format of reconstructed control based on the analysis the contents of different views. -The analysis of ideal kind gained based on functional approach Generally, seven control subjects and six functions for organizational control, and three organizational controls were concluded. Threefold kinds of control include necessary control (non strategic and operational) strategic control and para strategic control. Each of strategic and non-strategic controls have three subcategories. finally, the researchers mapped the essential path of the future research.

    This research was done to make a study on the impacts of behavioral factors, and its dimensions on the upgrade of organizational integrity from the viewpoint of repliers in Three district of Zahedan Municipality. The statistical society of this research includes the personnel of the municipality, and the districts. According to Morgan table, Some 136 persons of this society was selected on random basis. considering its objectives, this is a descriptive – applicable research. The questionnaire used in this research is a standard one for describing organizational integrity which was designed, and produced by Hoy and fieldman in the U.S.A. End coefficient of organizational behavior of the civilians was gained 0/763, and organizational commitment 0/905. In this research statistical Single sample t-test and average method was used. Considering the result t-test which showed (a: 0/05).In the headquarter of Zahedan Municipality, and its three districts, behavioral factors have a positive effect on upgrading the organizational health. Moreover, according to repliers, the variable of organizational behavior of civilians does not affect the upgrading of organizational integrity, and the variable of organizational commitment increases organizational integrity. Finally, the data were analyzed by using average method. Based on the result of this research, the status of organizational Integrity by the municipality of Zahedan, and its districts were evaluated as desirable.

    Considering the budget allocated, national civil projects may cause the spoilage a huge part of national capital of corruption. This article which is the conclusion of a research -descriptive, and explorative- deals with economic corruption in various phases of national civil projects, and the researcher tries to recognize the bottleneck of economic corruption in various phases of national civil projects. the method of corruption manifestation therein considering the experts of this field. The question of this research was analyzed based on a well-structured Interview. In general, the main bottleneck of economic corruption in civil projects was located in planning, and designing the project. From among various economic corruptions, the following cases were more common: Collusion in governmental transactions, unfair exertion of influences, illegal acquisition of assets specially by employer, contractors, consultants, and supervisors, giving bribe to influential persons for winning projects, Ignoring the defects, approval of statements and unlawful possession of governmental assets, and properties. Moreover, the most important indications, according to Interviewed persons, are as below in respect of general factors paving the ground for economic corruption: Weakness, and Inadequacy of the quality of supervising investments, the government›s monopoly in economy, cultural, and social fields and reasons, Legal structure of governmental system, weakness of supervisory systems, and penal justice.

    This research reviews mutual impacts of incomes distribution, and national incomes on the consumption in Iran in the framework of a systematic study from 1973 up to 2010. The result show that views of those economists who believe that the increase of inequality is a means for increasing, of production by accumulation of wealth (A group who enjoy low inclination of consumption, and invest the surplus of their incomes) is rejected in Iran. On the other hand, this research approves the views of the second group of economists who believe that the increase of equality in Iranian economy increases consumption power of low levels of the society (a group who use domestic products instead of luxurious imported goods) will result in encouragement for consuming domestic products, and therefore the increase of gross domestic production. In addition, a review of the functions and duties of General Inspection organization show and reveals the Important role of this organization in the realization of more fair distribution of incomes through supervising exiting laws related to this field such as purposeful subsidies Act.

    This research was carried out considering the Pathology of the acts, and regulation related to transferring land in the country beside the suggestion of related solutions for controlling study-research solutions for controlling corruption by using adaptive studies method, and relying on official statistics, and resources of executive, and supervisory apparatuses, and reviewing the acts, and regulations related to this subject in 2010. The damages of such transfers, and the solutions are discussed in this research by taking a look at legislative, administrative, and judicial aspects of this subject. The result showed if some amendments are exerted in the acts, and regulations of natural recourses, and land affairs, and present impediments are removed, the possibility of controlling unlawful possession and transfer of national lands will increase highly specially considering the solutions presented herein.
