    In this research by indentifying components of corruption in Tehran municipality tries to provide solutions and strategies for reducing corruption. This study pursues this question that process of combating corruption and challenging ways to escape in Tehran Municipality is how? The theoretical framework used in this study, «Theory of Constraints» is that the main idea is based on the bottleneck management. According to this theory, the fight against corruption when is responsive to identify bottlenecks corruption in Tehran Municipality and focused on those strategies. In this paper, after defining the corruption and their situation in Iran and other countries is referred the role of municipalities in increasing or decreasing corruption and organization actions in order to administrative health promotion. Then after identifying bottlenecks corruption and process of struggle have referred to the challenges of corruption. The key findings of this research are kinds of corruption included Administrative, economic and financial and corruption in tenders and contracts and also impact of internal and external factors on process of fighting corruption. For to get rid of the corruption challenge have been proposed to create independent organizational structure for administrative health promotion in Tehran Municipality and using the Deming cycle of continuous improvement as a dynamic model and using both structure and process – oriented approaches

    National System of Transactions Monitoring of Executive Organizations is one of the electronic monitoring systems of General Inspection Organization (GIO), which this organization has been faced with some kinds of problems and successes on its deployment path. It is clear that the detection of these obstacles and constraints can enhance the electronic monitoring efforts in all over the country. Therefore, this research aims to leverage a case study in South Khorasan province to do pathology and eliminate the socio-cultural barriers of this system. So we used a combinational research method (qualitative and quantitative). It means we initially developed a qualitative conceptual model based on a broad literature review, and using Delphi technique. Based on this model, 9 hypotheses related to socio-cultural obstacles and constraints of electronic monitoring systems were designed. These hypotheses were assessed quantitatively by designing and running two questionnaires and interviews with managers and experts of General Inspection and executive organizations of province and consequently, 5 cases of them were proved. The research results show that the main socio-cultural constraints of the mentioned e-monitoring system includes the belief on solemnity in user interface design, users› satisfaction ignorance, staff enforcement to use system, the risk of lessening responsiveness and responsibility of executive staff, and the diversity and inconsistency of mentioned staff›s behavior and culture. Finally, our suggestions to overcome the current obstacles were discussed and the future research opportunities were proposed.

    Present research has been done with case study of Urmia city’s government agencies for survey of relation between staff’s OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) and official corruption. In this research with search in existing literature has been used theory of Poodsacof and his collaborator’s OCB as theoretical framework for measurement of research independent variable and model of Hasan Habibi’s official corruption as theoretical for it’s dependent variable to survey of relation between staff’s OCB and official corruption. This is a descriptive study and a Survey-Correlation that including of a basic hypothesis and eight Sub-hypothesis. For this purpose has been designed a questionnaire to evaluation of these variables and was distributed among the sample composed of 363 individual of Urmia city’s staff of all government agencies that has got by Cochron table after confidence of validity and reliability of measuring tools. In this research has been used Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine procedure of data distribution, that results of test show variables tend toward normal distribution, so has been used Pearson parametric test to analysis of data. In this research has been used Friedman test to ranking of existing variables. Research results show there is significant relationship between staff’s OCB and official corruption. The kind of negative relationship and it’s intensity differs between different factors. But it has been demonstrated that relationship exists in all of cases. Results of Friedman test show amount of this relation in order to prioritize.

    Evaluation of the impact of work organization and management of deviant behavior is an important issue. It helps to explain the situation to senior managers in order to prevent or mitigate such a behavior, planning and decision making This study evaluates the impact of organization and management (unfair laws, culture, organizational structure, compensation and rewards, negative and cynical distrust, and Ambiguity of job performance) working in deviant behavior (distraction task, a political diversion, diversion of funds, Personal attacks). Findings of the study, data were collected from a sample of 170 people from all employees and directors of national retirement in Tehran, show distrust of employees, negative and cynical attitudes, the ambiguity of job performance, the compensation / remuneration, unfair laws, the greatest impact of organizational culture on work behavior is deviant. The main priorities proposed for building trust among employees to senior managers to plan and identify other risk factors deviant behavior are misleading.

    This research’s aim is to identify and prioritizing effective factors on the incidence of administrative corruption in municipalities of West Azerbaijan Province. This study focuses on these factors and tries to offer appropriate solutions and strategies to reduce administrative corruption. This study following this question that human resource management system, the municipal legal system, the technology used in municipal and environmental factors can affect the amount of administrative corruption or not. Applied and descriptive methods of survey used as the research method. In this research, number of employees and clients of municipals of Western Azerbaijan Province has been used as the Total size of the community in those cities that have governorship. Methods of sampling for this research is simple random. In order to study effective factors, questionnaire used and also for answering Likert Point spectrum is used. In order to statistically analyze of data, Different statistical tests which include t - student test, Friedman test and Xi - Two are used. Test results show that all these factors affect the incidence of administrative corruption in the municipalities of West Azerbaijan province. Finally, Effective factors in administrative corruption are prioritized according to perspective of clients and staff and similar opinions of two spectra also measured.

    This research examines the effect o f organization health on job satisfaction of the personal in Shiraz Social organization with statistical population of 450 people. The number of directors and personnel who have high school diploma or higher is 170 which has been determined by Morgan table. They have been selected through classificatory random sampling. In this research, two questionnaires of organization health (Mc cusker) and job satisfaction (JDI) and also SPSS software were used in order to statistical analysis. Assumptions have been analyzed by Spearman Correlation Test. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between organization health and job satisfaction. Also, the findings suggest that economic factors are the most important factors influencing job satisfaction and lead to organization health but social factors have less effect on job satisfaction in this organization.

    After investigating the concept of monetary laundering, in this exclusive report, steps & it’s context, it is payee to survey on the regulation and experiences of successful countries against monetary laundering. Then after comparing the regulation and experiences of successful countries with regulation and experience of Iran we analyzed the existing troubles and shortages against monetary laundering. The results indicate that except cultures activities and not existing of comprehensive electronic systems against monetary laundering, shortages of regulation, restricted co- operations with international societies, existing places for cleaning the money are some of the resins of unsuccessful of Iran against monetary launde ring.
