A Study of Effective Factors on Bricolage Identity by Emphasizing on Consumption Culture

Abstract:
Style facilitates the solidarity and Coordination of youth consumption subculture be created by a bricolage path. This article is set to the study of relationship between consumption culture and bricolage identity among youth. The statistical sample is 397 youths in Isfahan. Survey method and questionnaire technique, and multivariable regression and Structural equation modeling are used for gathering and analyzing the data respectively. The results show that the rate of bricolage identity is 86 percent, and additionally, the average of consumerism culture is 3.16 per 5. Hypothesis testing represents meaningful relationship between religious trends, cosmetic use, truancy, fitness, cosmetic surgery, advertisements, fashion trends, age, education and bricolage identity; on the other hand there is no significant relation between self confidence and bricolage. Moreover the results show that in terms of beta values fashion trends, religious trends, education, fitness and age are correlated with bricolage. Likewise in order to test in general and in detail of theoretical model we use of structural equation modeling that high fit indices indicates the model is very good
