Case Report: Malfunction of liver and kidney in young patient post orthopedic surgery

Orthopedic patients before, during and after surgery have complications. Such cases are seen to be vascular thrombosis and send frequent emboli, disorder of coagulation, infection of different areas, including infection of Foley and sepsis, impairment of renal or sometimes liver dysfunction pointed out (1, 2, 3). The case was a 17-year with femoral fractures that postoperative were happened jaundice and renal impairment. Coagulopathy disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiac arrhythmias and cardiaopulmonary arrest occurred in this patient and eventually died. The purpose of this study is to review of different causes of these problems, to be avoided from them, if possible.
