Identifying Structural - External Factors Influencing the Inactivity of Municipality Cooperatives of Hamadan Province

The main of purpose this study was to analyze both structural- external factors affecting the cooperatives inactivity of local cooperatives of Hamadan Province. The population consisted of members and managers of municipality cooperatives in the province. A 257 respondents were selected as a sample by using the Krejice and Morgan sample section Table. The research instrument was structured questionnaire and its validity was established by using a panel of experts. A reliability analysis was conducted and Cronbach’s alpha value being reported to be 0.8. By applying Factor Analysis Technique, the structural-external variables were reduced to 7 factors namely facilities, communication - information, organizational structural, political-governmental support, institutional - governmental regulation - training and SI factors were extracted. These seven factors expressed 61.74% of the total variance of the variables.
