Author(s):
Abstract:
Abu al-TaiebMotenabbi, a poet of the Abbasid period, has influenced not only Arabic Poetry but also Persian poetry; therefore, many Persian poets have adapted his meanings, and benefitted from the theme of his poetry and his poetic phrases in their books of poems. Thus, over time, a lot of researches in the form of theses, books and articles about the poet’s life, books, and his influence on Arab and Iranian poets and scholars have been published in Iran. In the present article, the authors have tried to provide a bibliography about Motenabbi so that the future researches will be done more easily, and the researchers avoid choosing the repetitive subjects. The authors have arranged this bibliography alphabetically in three parts of thesis, books and paper. They did it in the form of the library-basic styleand according to the Regulations of the Compilation of the Bibliographyby Muhammad Isfandiāry. Therefore, this bibliography clarifies the number of the groups into which the previous researches are classified based on the structure, content, or the history of the work. In the end of this article, the authors have published a list of research topics to facilitate the researchers’ work.
