Effectiveness of Schema Therapy in Reducing Symptoms of Trauma Recurrence in Wounded in Actions with PTSD

The aim of this research is to study I. R. I police personnel’s Relation between job motivation & satisfaction and organizational commitment. The methodology of research is descriptive-correlation. Research population is I. R. I police personnel (N: 100). Gathering data، questionnaire of job motivation & satisfaction and organizational commitment used. Data analyzed by Pearson’s correlation and regression tests. Results showed job motivation & satisfaction prognosticated organizational commitment positively. Also، job motivation scale prognosticated duty nature and important positively and autonomous negatively. Job satisfaction scale prognosticated direct responsible and upgrading predicated organizational commitment. Finally، increasing organizational commitment، using ways for increasing job motivation and enhancing job environment conditions for job satisfaction are effective.
