Organizational Learning Management Network: Information Systems and Human Capital Development

Abstract:
Organizational learning management is a vital requirement for individual, group & organizational excellence. But organizations cannot limit only to learning in dynamic & complex condition. Learning can be effective, when it result in innovation. So, organizations should direct & support employee learnings to creative ideas and innovation in order to advance in international competition. This paper offers a pattern to best management of learning-innovation process. Learning- innovation management network is a context in which employees based on individual & organizational demands & interests, choose a learning subject. Then, they start to learn, share experiences with others, brain storming and manage their learning by help of consultants and experts. Finally, they attempt to translate learning results to creative or innovative ideas and solutions. Learning process doesn’t end unless learning result in innovation. Employees start learning with the aim of achieving innovation. This network fundamentally includes three cores: 1) Learning development, 2) Creativity and innovation, and 3) specialized subject matters core.
