Defensive - aggressive approach of China in the context of cyberspace

The influence of soft power and cyber space in the information and communication fields isn’t negligible for anyone. According to acknowledging that the future wars will change to cyber wars, China has emphasizes on cyber space and soft power in the defensive-offensive approaches. The main question of this article is that, what defensiveoffensive approach to be applied in the field of soft power and cyber space by People’s Republic of China? The assumptions for answer to this question are included: 1. Considering that, the future wars may be change to cyber war, Chinese focus on protection of critical networks and vital infrastructures. 2. China investigates the new type of war that flaunts its information superiority to potential enemies in the future battlefields. This investigation has been written by the descriptive-analytical method and using library tools. Results show that Chinese in the field of future war design against potential competitors regularize the professionals of cyber and information war in order to protecting their critical networks and vital infrastructures (in the field of defensive approach) also destroying enemy critical infrastructures (in the field of offensive approach).
