Intelligence measurement of organizational public libraries in Kermanshah

Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of the present study is to have access to organizational intelligence of the employees of public libraries at Kermanshah.Method
The research method is an analytical survey, and the population consisted of eighty employees of public libraries at Kermanshah. A questionnaire was designed based on the Karl Albrecht Seven Skills in which a model is presented for organizational intelligence that has seven dimensions: strategic vision, shared faith, appetite to change, sprit, alignment and congruence, knowledge deployment, and performance pressure.Findings:According to the results, the organizational intelligence mean (3. 26) is higher than average. The highest and lowest obtained means relate to shared faith and appetite to change and performance pressure, with rates 3.54 and 3.10, respectively. It follows that organizational intelligence in the public libraries at Kermanshah is in a favorable condition.
Results
Constant checking of the assessment of the status and organizational intelligence and its promotion has a considerable impact on the improvement of library services. Language:
